Vodafone nbn™ Month-to-Month plans
For personal use by approved customers only. Subject to service qualification check. Vodafone nbn™ is a data-only service and is not compatible with your home phone line service meaning you may no longer be able to use your landline (or existing phone number) for calls after you sign-up. Vodafone nbn™ service may also impact or interfere with existing technology, devices or services at your premises including medical devices, alarms, eftpos machines, lift emergency phones and some email or fax services. You cannot share the data between your Vodafone nbn™ plan and your Vodafone postpaid mobile plan and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555. Additional fees may apply for nbn™ installation or appointments.
Minimum monthly spend is $65, $75 or $95. The total maximum cost of the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub Modem (‘Modem’) is $180. There is no option to purchase the Modem outright or on a monthly payment plan. The Modem cost equates to $5 per month (‘Undiscounted Price’) over 36 months or $0 per month (‘Discounted Price’) if you stay connected for 36 months (‘Device Period’). The Discounted Price will appear as a credit on your monthly bill. If you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the Device Period you will need to pay the full Undiscounted Price x months remaining on Device Period. This remaining Modem cost will be applied as a lump sum on your final bill. You must connect for a minimum of one month. Recurring monthly plan fees are charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn™ activation at your premises.
Total minimum cost excludes any additional costs for call outs when there is a missed appointment or where no fault is found or the $300 New Development Charge that is triggered when you live in a new development. You must connect for a minimum of one month. Recurring monthly plan fees are charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn™ activation at your premises.

Internet speeds on this plan are variable and you will typically experience much slower speeds than the maximum connection speed available on your plan. For FTTB/N/C customers, if after connection your plan is not supported by the maximum attainable speed available then we will contact you with more information and provide other options. Typical Busy Speed: This is the typical busy period download speed that the average consumer can expect to receive between 7pm and 11pm. It is not a guaranteed minimum speed and you may experience lower speeds during this period. The actual speeds you experience will vary on a number of factors such as the nbn™ technology used to deliver your service, plan choice, location, internet traffic demand, our network, line condition, the number of devices connected to your network, modem type and positioning, Wi-Fi performance, in-building wiring, and the content you access.

Vodafone 4G Back-up
Vodafone 4G Back-up is a complimentary service that provides an interim internet connection using either the Vodafone 3G or 4G network in Vodafone Coverage Areas only. It is only available using the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub™ with a Vodafone SIM on our network. 4G Back-up is available from when you receive your Wi-Fi Hub until your nbn™ service is fully activated or for a period of 30 consecutive days (whichever occurs first). This service will also be automatically activated if you lose connection to Vodafone nbn™ during confirmed local nbn™ faults. This excludes mass nbn™ outages. You will be able to use the Back-up service until the fault is resolved or for a period of 30 consecutive days (whichever occurs first). Service performance varies depending on network coverage and your location with speeds likely less than the maximum. Our Fair Use Policy applies.
The process for installation of Vodafone nbn™ will vary depending on the nbn™ service type available at your premises. We will inform you of the process for installation at your premises when you sign-up. If you require installation by an nbn™ technician they will need access to your home and someone aged 18+ must be home. If you do not own the property, you must obtain consent from the owner in order to have Vodafone nbn™ installed. You are responsible for setting up your Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub and your Wi-Fi network.

Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub supports up to 32 compatible Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously.
Changing your plan
Only applies to changes to another nbn™ Plan. Excludes changes to nbn™ BYO Plans. Your new plan speed will begin immediately. You will be refunded for the plan fee for the remainder of the month on a pro-rata basis and you be will charged your new plan fee calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the month.
You can use Vodafone 4G in our 4G areas. 4G in selected areas in Australia. You get broadband speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred that are not included in your plan, and return device in original packaging with proof of purchase to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded.
