When you connect to Vodafone, you’re assigned a start date for your billing cycle each month.
If you don’t have a previous bill handy, the best way to check your bill cycle date is through My Vodafone.
You can also call 1512 from your Vodafone phone.
Even though your bill cycle starts and ends on the same date every month, your due date may vary from month to month.
You’ll have at least 14 days from the date we issue your bill before you need to pay. If you need some extra time, you can request a payment extension.
