If you’ve overpaid your bill and your account is in credit, the amount will automatically be deducted from your next bill. Otherwise you can request a refund for the overpayment.
You can also request a refund if you've made a payment to the wrong Vodafone account.
You can request a refund for an overpayment by calling 1555 from your Vodafone phone or 1300 650 410 from any phone.
The credit amount will usually be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the payment.

We’ll need to confirm your bank account or credit/debit card details over the phone in order to process your refund. Once we've refunded your credit, we'll send you a text message to confirm.
Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for a refund to reach you.
