How to register for the new My Vodafone

Follow these steps to complete registration and start exploring our new experience.

If you’re on the login page, click on ‘Register now’ instead of entering your login details

On the ‘Register for My Vodafone’ page, enter the email you used when you signed up for your Vodafone service

Continue through the OTP verification steps and enter your date of birth

Create your new login password

You’re now registered and can log in with your email and password

What happens if my email address isn’t up to date?

The email address linked to your My Vodafone account is what you’ll now need to register and log in. This is the email you used when you signed up for your Vodafone service. If it isn’t valid or up to date, or you’re not sure which email is linked to your account, follow these steps:

  • Open the My Vodafone app
  • Click on the menu on the top right-hand corner
  • Go to ‘Account settings’
  • Select ‘Edit profile’
  • The email linked to your account is under ‘Primary contact email’. Make sure you update it if it’s incorrect.

If you need help, give us a call on 1555 or head to your nearest Vodafone store.

Can I still use my mobile number to log in?

Yes, but only through the My Vodafone app. You’ll now need to log in to My Vodafone web with your email and password. However, once the new app is available, you’ll no longer be able to log in using your mobile number.

When will the new app be available?

The exact date will depend on whether you use iOS or Android but it’s coming soon. We’ll let you know once it’s ready.

What if I’m having issues registering?

If you’re having any issues registering, give us a call on 1555 or head to your nearest Vodafone store.

What if I forget my password or username?

Once you register, your email will become your digital username but you’ll be able to reset your password or check your username at any time. Make sure you have your phone with you as we’ll send you a one-time-password.

Will I still need my account PIN to log in?

Once you’ve registered, no, you’ll no longer need your PIN. This means regardless of whether you’re upgrading or adding an additional service on our website, or logging in via My Vodafone web, you’ll only need your email and password.
