You’ll need to use the email address linked to your My Vodafone account to set up your new login. This is the email you used when you signed up for your Vodafone service. If it isn’t up to date or you’re not sure which email is linked to your account, calls us on 1555 from your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410 from any phone or visit your nearest Vodafone store.
This depends on whether you’re logging in via web, Android or iOS.
If you’re logging in via web and Android, once set up on the new platform, you’ll log in with your email and new password. If logging in via iOS, you can log in with your mobile number until the new My Vodafone is available.

Once you set up your new login, activation may take up to 10 minutes. If your first login attempt doesn’t work, wait around 10 minutes and then try again.
If you’ve set up your new login and have forgotten your email address or password, you can reset your password or recover your email from the login page.
No. Once you’ve set up your new My Vodafone login, you’ll no longer need or use your PIN to log in via web or the app.
