Calling a 13 number, a 15 number, a 18 number or a 1800 number

Calls to a 13 number, a 15 number, a 18 number and a 1800 number are charged according to the rate set out in your plan or prepaid recharge.
Vodafone customer care numbers starting with 13 and 1300 are free to call from your Vodafone phone in Australia.

Our Red plans have unlimited calls to 13 numbers, 15 numbers, 18 numbers and 1800 numbers in Australia.

If you’re on a Pay and Go recharge, you have unlimited calls to 1800 numbers in Australia.
Calls to 13 numbers are $0.20 per minute and calls to 15 numbers are dependent on the service you’re calling.
