Auto Recharge with Vodafone makes managing your prepaid recharges effortless by automatically recharging at the end of each plan cycle.
Aside from the convenience of set and forget recharges; when you opt in auto recharge on Prepaid Plus or Prepaid Data Only, you’ll also enjoy either $5 off every automatic recharge on your monthly plan or receive bonus data on other plans.
For Pay&Go plans, every successful Automatic Recharge scores you an extra 1GB of bonus data. T&C apply.
How to opt in to auto recharge
You can opt in to auto recharge by saving your card or PayPal account during the activation of your Prepaid SIM. You can also opt in through MyVodafone under Payment Preferences, or by texting ‘ATR’ to 1263 from your device.
You can save your credit or debit card, or PayPal account to opt in for auto recharge. By saving your card or PayPal account, you authorise Vodafone to use these details to perform an auto recharge when your current prepaid plan expires. The plan you will be auto recharged on will be the same plan as your most recent recharge, and you can optout at any time.
How to opt out of auto recharge
You can opt out of automatic recharge by texting ‘NO ATR’ to 1263 from your device, or through MyVodafone. You can also contact Vodafone Care on 1511 (from your Vodafone number) and speak with an agent.

Additional information
auto recharge for your Prepaid Plan will take place on the evening of your plan expiry date. Your chosen plan will renew, and your next recharge cycle will begin from midnight.
We first attempt payment from 5:00pm AEDT on the final day of your recharge expiry, so please ensure you have funds available by this time.
If our first attempt is unsuccessful, your service will expire at 11:59pm on your day of expiry and you will not be able to use your service during this time, unless you perform a manual recharge.
If you recharge before expiry to a different plan, your auto recharge cycle will begin again on the date you’ve just recharged and will align to your new expiry date.
If you’re on a Prepaid Plus plan, any unused included data will be added to your data rollover (up to a total of 200GB) once your auto recharge has been successful.
If you’re on a Prepaid Data Only plan, up to 50GB of unused data will roll over once your auto recharge has been successful.
You can view your auto recharge details, including the opt in date and your current prepaid plan, by texting ‘status ATR’ to 1263.
If your card or PayPal payment is declined for an auto recharge, we’ll send you an SMS if you’re on a phone plan or email if you’re on a Prepaid Data Only plan notifying you.
You may need to update your card or PayPal account details through My Vodafone and unless you have insufficient funds, you’ll then be opted in to auto recharge with those new details.

$40–$60 Prepaid Plus Automatic Recharge
Eligible customers get a $5 discount on every auto recharge on $40–$60 Prepaid Plus plans. Unused bonus data will rollover if auto recharge is successful and completed before expiry. Offer subject to change.
$180 and $250 Prepaid Plus Automatic Recharge
Eligible customers get 30GB bonus data on $180 Prepaid Plus plan for every auto recharge and 50GB bonus data on $250 Prepaid Plus plan for every auto recharge. Unused bonus data will rollover if auto recharge is successful and completed before expiry. Offer subject to change.
$350 Prepaid Plus auto recharge
Eligible customers get 100GB bonus data for every auto recharge on the $350 Prepaid Plus plan. Unused bonus data will rollover if auto recharge is successful and completed before expiry. Offer subject to change.
$13–$60 Prepaid Pay and Go auto recharge
Eligible customers get 1GB bonus data on every auto recharge on $13–$60 Pay & Go. Unused bonus data will not rollover. Offer subject to change.
