Upgrade to a new device for your prepaid service

Here are your options to upgrade to a new mobile phone, tablet or modem if you’re on a prepaid service.

Mobile phones.

You can get a brand new phone for your prepaid service online or by heading in store.

Tablets.

Our tablets are only available on a tablet plan. To get a new tablet from Vodafone, you’d need to sign up to a plan. If you’d like to sign up to a plan, the best way to do that is online.

Modems.

The best way to get a new modem for your prepaid service is to head in store.
