Your customer account number

Your customer account number is a 9-digit number that's assigned to you when you sign up to a plan.

How to find your customer account number

Your account number is shown on your bill. To view your bills, log in to the My Vodafone app or web experience, and:

1. Log in
2. Scroll down to the ‘Highlights’ section
3. On the ‘Amount due’ tile, select ‘View details’
4. Scroll to your most recent bill or whichever bill you’d like to view
5. Select ‘Download bill’
