Your customer account number is a 9-digit number that's assigned to you when you sign up to a plan.
How to find your customer account number
Your account number is shown on your bill. To view your bills, log in to the My Vodafone app or web experience, and:

Scroll down to the ‘Highlights’ section
On the ‘Amount due’ tile, select ‘View details’
Scroll to your most recent bill or whichever bill you’d like to view
Select ‘Download bill’
