 Who can enter the competitions?

Only Vodafone customers are eligible to enter.
How do I enter?

Once a competition is live, follow these steps:

  • Make sure you’re a Vodafone customer.
  • Follow @VodafoneAU on Instagram or TikTok.
  • Like the competition post, tag a friend, and follow the question prompt.
How will winners be notified?

If you win, Vodafone (@VodafoneAU) will reply to your comment and ask you to send us direct message, referencing the competition. 

We’ll then reply, and will send you a short form to fill out, confirming you’re a Vodafone customer, by checking your:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Date of birth

Once verified, our Social Team will confirm your win by Tuesday, 11 November. Then, the Vodafone Sponsorship Team will email you with prize details and next steps. Prizes must be claimed by 5pm (AEST) Thursday, 20 November.
Is it safe to share my details with Vodafone?

Yes. Vodafone will never ask for your credit card or sensitive personal info to claim a prize. Only messages from our verified account @VodafoneAU are legitimate.
