It typically takes 24 - 48 hours for our system to automatically remove the block.
Note: If our system identifies that the device software is not properly updated to the latest software or VoLTE (4G calling) isn’t turned on, then the block may not be removed or be reinstated. If you need help, head to your nearest Vodafone store, regardless of which provider you’re with.
