5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Small, Medium and Large Plans are available for use with your own compatible phone or available when you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $53, $63 or $73 + monthly phone MPP cost (if any). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the undiscounted MPP instalments of your chosen device (if any). If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP (if any) will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining undiscounted MPP instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.

Bundle  & Save

Bundle & Save plan fee discounts are available to new or existing customers who have two or more Eligible Plans under one billing account.

Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $34 and above released on or after July 25 2018 and $43 Team Plans released on or after 17 August 2025 (excluding Assured Plan, Business Flex Plans, BYOD Plans, Promo Plans, Holding Plans, Hardship Plans, Extra Small Plan and Extra Large Plans).

One Eligible Plan on a billing account will be recognised as the primary service and it will be undiscounted (Primary Service). Each additional Eligible Plan added on the same billing account as the Primary Service will receive a discount as follows: $5 off the monthly plan fee of the second Eligible Plan, and $15 off the monthly plan fee for each subsequent Eligible Plan up to a maximum of 10 Eligible Plans. Note: only the monthly plan fee of an Eligible Plan will be discounted as noted above, and all other charges, including but not limited to the following are not discounted via Bundle and Save: MPP, APP or any Add On (booster, packs, roaming, Numbersync).  Standard Team Plan eligibility applies in order to be included in Bundle & Save discounts. 

The Bundle & Save discount is available on a month-to-month basis, is calculated from the first eligible full bill cycle and updated monthly in line with the above discount structure as Eligible Plans are added or cancelled. If the Primary Service is cancelled, another Eligible Plan will automatically be allocated as the undiscounted Primary Service. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted plan fee amount x months remaining, unless otherwise advised.

Device Discount  
Device Discount is a monthly recurring credit applied against your Mobile Payment Plan (MPP) repayment and is only available to eligible customers which, depending on the eligibility for each specific device discount offer, may include (i) new customers; (ii) existing customers adding an additional service; or (iii) existing customers upgrading their device (collectively, 'Eligible Customer'). To qualify for this offer, Eligible Customers must sign up or upgrade to an eligible Consumer Postpaid Plan ('Eligible Plan'), purchase an eligible device on a Mobile Payment Plan (MPP) and stay connected over 12, 24 or 36 months. Device Discounts may vary depending on the device (as advertised), and some Device Discounts may not be available over a MPP repayment period of 12 months. Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen MPP repayment period (12, 24 or 36 months). If you cancel your plan or MPP, the Device Discount will be forfeited, and your device will be charged in full on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e., 100% of your remaining undiscounted device repayments x months remaining). Device Discount will be forfeited if you Rate Plan Change (RPC) to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Only one Device Discount can be applied per service at any time. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. Device Discount can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, unless otherwise stated. Not for commercial or resale purposes. Not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
