Red Plans
Red Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $35, $45, $55, $65 (for $35, $45, $55, $65 plans respectively). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. There is no Early Exit Fee on your Red Plan, however, if you choose to cancel your Red Plan, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.

The Loyalty Discount listed above is available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Loyalty Discounts are subject to continual change. You can only have one loyalty discount at any one time. If you upgrade or change plans, your loyalty discount may change or drop off. If you add an MPP at RRP over a tenure but without a plan, you will not receive a loyalty discount. Once purchased, your Loyalty Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Loyalty Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.

In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/GB ($0.01/MB). Any unused Additional Data will be rolled over for one billing month. After this it will expire. Included Data does not rollover. All data for use in Australia. Services subject to capabilities, network limitations & customer location.

Month to Month Red Plus Plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data.

All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. “Your Max Speed” data will be used first; thereafter, data is available at Streaming Speed up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies. See our Fair Use Policy for details. Data inclusion is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once Your Max Speed data is used, $10/GB charge applies.

4G
You can use Vodafone 4G in our 4G areas. 4G in selected areas in Australia. You get broadband speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. Actual speeds vary due to things like device capability, location & network congestion. See vodafone.com.au/coverage.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded.
