Day or night, when an urgent call comes through, our Escalation Services make sure that you know about it. We’ll call or TXT your team with the details, until we have confirmation that the message has been received.   • Additional scripting (questions or advice to callers) is quoted on a case-by-case basis and increases the pricing tabled above
  • There is a minimum term of 1 month
  • If you cancel your service, this will take effect at the end of the billing month
  • Your monthly included call allowance expires at the end of each month and does not roll over to the next month
  • You can send messages to additional pager or email recipients at no extra cost
  • Additional charges apply to upgrade to a 1300/1800 number
  • SMS messages sent to a group of mobiles are charged at $0.22 per message per mobile number
  • Local numbers provided by Vodafone remain the property of Vodafone and cannot be transferred. We strongly recommend you do not advertise this number
  • Ownership of 1300/1800 numbers can be transferred to you at the end of your contract
  • With Receptionist Switch plans, additional charges may apply for multiple transfer attempts on one call
