Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans.  The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite, Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Vodafone Infinite SIM Only Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first (which includes unlimited mobile data on the Ultra+ Plan); thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2 or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. On the Ultra+ Plan, once you have used 30GB Hotspot Max Speed Data, you can continue to use Hotspot data at speeds of up to 2Mbps. Tethering permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.

With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Uploading large files to the web may be slow. For more information, check out our speed guide. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. Fair Use Policy applies.

Sharing
If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account (excluding any plan that has an infinite data component of speeds of up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps or any plan with unlimited mobile data), the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans can only be shared with other Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans. Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Data
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. “Your Max Speed” data will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Norton™ Family Premier, Norton™ Mobile Security and Norton™ Security (“Norton™ Product”) subscription fee is waived for first month (‘Discount’), after which standard monthly subscription charge of $4.49, $2.99, or $9.99 respectively applies (‘Fee’). Discount applied as waiver for month 1 only. Limit 1 Discount per user per Norton™ Product. Minimum 1 month contract. Discount forfeited if cancelled. Seniors Offer-10% off monthly plan fees on selected plans
Personal use only. Discount available to approved new & upgrading Seniors with a valid Australian Seniors Card who sign up to a Bundled Lite Plan or Vodafone Infinite Plan (‘Handset Plans’); or Bundled Lite SIM Only Plan or Vodafone Infinite SIM Only Plan (‘SIM Only Plans’) between 24/09/2020 and 04/07/2022 (unless extended). Excludes rate plan change and Business Plans. Discount is applied for the duration of your MPP payment term (for Handset Plans) or until a customer upgrades or cancels their plan for SIM Only month to month plans (‘Discount Term’) and is applied as a recurring monthly credit.
