We’re making some changes to our plans and pricing

At Vodafone we are investing in our network, security and digital capabilities to provide you with a better experience. While we aim absorb these costs, sometimes we need to make changes to some of our mobile plans.

From 8 May 2026 we’ll be moving select customers to one of our newer Vodafone Infinite mobile plans. With this move, monthly plan fee(s) will increase by $4 per month, and in most cases included monthly data allowances will also increase.

How will I know when my plan(s) have changed?

We will contact you via SMS once the plan change has taken place.

How do I view the details of my new plan?

Once the new plan(s) have come into effect, you can access your new plan(s) information through My Vodafone or head to the critical information summary page.

The Critical Information Summary (CIS) sets out the standard inclusions of the plan(s). Offers relating to your plan(s) are not shown in the CIS.

When will my pricing change?

On your next bill after the plan changes have been made, you will see your new plan details and price. We’ll notify you via SMS when the plan change has occurred.

Will there be changes to my current inclusions?

There may be changes to your current inclusions as part of the plan updates, for example most customers will see an increase in their monthly data allowance as part of the plan changes. We’ll notify you in advance if this is the case.

Any changes to plan inclusions will be visible from your plan migration date – we’ll send you an SMS once this has occurred.

What if I have credits or offers applied to my account?

Any existing credits or offers will be carried over to new plans for their remaining term, however these may be forfeited if you upgrade, change or cancel your plan.

Will my current add-ons change?

Any add-ons you currently have will carry over to your new plan(s), however they may be forfeited if you upgrade, change or cancel your plan.

What happens to my direct debit repayments?

If you have direct debit set up, your direct debit payments will continue to cover your bill as they do today.

Will any of my other plans be affected?

Only the plan(s) outlined in your communications from us will be impacted by this change.

If there are any other changes to the pricing of other Vodafone services or plans, you will be notified appropriately.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan to another in market plan through My Vodafone. However, any discounts or offers you have may not carry over.
