While we work hard to absorb the costs of these investments, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to adjust the prices on some of our mobile plans.

The price increase on your monthly plan will begin on your next regular payment date, on or after 8 July, 2025.

The new pricing will be introduced on 8 July, 2025, and will apply from your next bill following the price change date.
You are currently on a month-to-month plan, or the commitment term of your voice plan has ended and you are currently on a month-to-month plan. Your monthly payment plan for your device (if applicable) is separate and won’t affected by this change.
No, there will be no changes to your monthly phone repayments.
Any current offers (including plan discounts and bonus data) will remain on your account, as long as they remain valid and you remain connected.
On 8 July, 2025, you’ll see an updated plan fee in My Vodafone. However, the updated plan fee doesn’t apply until your billing cycle date. You can check your regular payment date in My Vodafone.
If there’s an increase in your monthly data allowance to use in Australia, this will be shown in My Vodafone on your next billing date on or after 8 July.
If you have direct debit set up, your direct debit payments will continue to cover your bill as they do today.
Only the plan(s) outlined in your communications from us will be impacted by this change.
If there are any other changes to the pricing of other Vodafone services or plans, you will be notified appropriately.
Yes, you can change your plan through My Vodafone. However, any discounts or offers you have may not carry over.
