How to request a payment extension.

You can request a payment extension by calling 1300 728 649 and following the prompts.

If your request for a payment extension is successful, you may still incur a late payment fee.

Eligibility criteria for payment extensions.

The eligibility criteria for a payment extension is:

  • You haven’t had a payment extension in the last 3 months.
  • Your account is currently overdue by no more than 60 days.
  • The overdue amount is a maximum of $300.
  • You agree to pay the overdue amount within 14 days of the date of the request.
  • You don’t already have a payment extension in place for the overdue amount.

Collection process for overdue bills.

Overdue accounts follow our standard collections process. This may include barring, suspension and then disconnection of your services.
