Your SIM card PIN

Setting a PIN on your SIM helps protect it from unauthorised use. Your SIM PIN is different from the passcode to unlock your phone.

How to reset the PIN code on your SIM.

You can find how to reset the PIN code on your SIM using our device guides.

The default PIN code for most SIM cards is '0000'.

You can also enable SIM PIN requests, so the PIN code will need to be entered when switching on your device.

Getting your PUK code.

If you can't remember your SIM PIN, you can reset it using your PUK code. The best way to find your PUK code is through My Vodafone.
