We’re upgrading our network

We’re planning a network upgrade in your area.

During this time, your service with Vodafone may be significantly impacted.

If you have a voice service with us, you’ll still have access to emergency services on 000, and if your phone supports Wi-Fi Calling, you can use this as an alternative. If you have a Mobile Broadband, 4G or 5G Fixed Wireless service with us, you may experience a degraded data experience.

We’re very conscious of the inconvenience the upgrade might cause, so thank you in advance for your patience while we work on bringing you the very best network experience possible. You can expect your mobile voice, SMS and data to be impacted at specific times throughout the day or evening.
