This support article will give you key information about getting extra standard international minutes to use in Australia for your prepaid phone service. Our Prepaid International Call Add-ons are a great way to call selected destinations.
How to get an International Call Add-on.
The best way to get a Prepaid International Call Add-on is through My Vodafone or Express Recharge.
You can also get an Add-on by sending a text message with a relevant code using your saved credit/debit card or your My Credit balance.

You can roll over unused minutes if you get the same International Call Add-on with the same expiry period before the Add-on expires.
For example, if you have a 7 days 50 Destinations Add-on, you’ll need to get another 7 days 50 Destinations Add-on before the original Add-on expires.
The unused minutes will take on the expiry period of the new add-on.
When calling a destination included in the standard international minutes of both your Add-on and your recharge, the minutes in your Add-on will be used before the minutes in your recharge.
If you’ve bought a 7 day Add-on and a 28 day Add-on, the minutes in the 7 day Add-on will be used first, regardless of its expiry date. For example, if you have a 7 day and a 28 day 50 Destinations Add-on active, they will be used in this order:
- 7 day 10 Destinations Add-on
- 28 day 10 Destinations Add-on
