Recharging your prepaid service by SMS
This support article will explain how you can recharge your prepaid service via text message.
How to recharge by SMS.
To recharge by SMS, send a unique keyword to 1511 and follow the prompts. Sending an SMS to 1511 is free, which makes it a great way to recharge your prepaid service.
You can also send a text message to 1511:
- To top up your My Credit balance.
- To get an add-on for your prepaid service.
You’ll need to register a credit/debit card or PayPal account to use our recharge by SMS service. You can also use your My Credit balance or a voucher to recharge by SMS.
