The best way to get a Prepaid Talk Add-on is through My Vodafone.
You can also get an Add-on by text message with a relevant code and using your saved credit/debit card or your My Credit balance.

Will my Talk Add-on roll over?
You can roll over unused minutes provided you purchase another Talk Add-on with the same expiry period.
Will my inclusions or Talk Add-on be used first?
The inclusions in your add-on will be used before the inclusions on your recharge. Once your Add-on expires or runs out of minutes, your usage will be deducted from the inclusions on your recharge.
If I have two Talk Add-ons active, which will be used first?
If you’ve purchased two Talk Add-ons and they have different expiry periods, inclusions will be deducted in this order regardless of their expiry dates:

28 Day Talk Add-on
Can I use my Talk Add-on while roaming overseas?
No. Talk Add-ons are for use within Australia only and can’t be used while roaming overseas.
