If you already have a phone plan, tablet plan or mobile broadband plan with us, you can order an additional service.

This support article will provide key information on adding an additional device as a mobile payment plan, an accessory as an accessories payment plan and, a device and a plan.

How to add an additional device or plan.

To add an additional service to your account online, head to our mobile phone plans, mobile phones, tablets, mobile broadband or nbn plans pages and follow these steps:

Add to cart

Add your new device or plan to your cart and proceed to checkout

Give us a call

Enter your number

Enter your mobile number under Existing Vodafone customer.

Wait 3 hours

Sign in to the checkout

Sign into the checkout with a one-time code and follow the steps.

You can also add an additional service by heading in store or give us a call on 1555 from your Vodafone phone.

Am I eligible to get an additional service?

If you already have a phone plan, tablet plan or mobile broadband plan with us, you can order an additional service. However, we’ll run an automatic credit check before we can approve your order.

If I add an additional service, will I receive a Bundle & Save discount?

If you have an eligible plan and you add another eligible plan to your account, you’ll receive a Bundle & Save discount on both plans.

If you already have 2 or more eligible plans, you’ll qualify for a Bundle & Save discount when you change or upgrade one of these services to an eligible plan or add another eligible service.

If you have several plans with us, when you change or upgrade your plans so that they’re all eligible, you’ll receive a Bundle & Save discount on all plans.

The Bundle & Save discount may replace any existing discounts you currently have on an eligible plan.
