If you already have a phone plan, tablet plan or mobile broadband plan with us, you can order an additional service.

This support article will provide key information on adding an additional device as a mobile payment plan, an accessory as an accessories payment plan and, a device and a plan.

How to add an additional device or plan.

To add an additional service to your account head over to our plans, mobile phones, tablets or mobile broadband pages and follow these steps:

  1. 1. Add your new service to cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. 2. At the checkout, login as an existing customer by entering your Vodafone mobile phone number or, if you’re already logged-in, click ‘add a new service to your account’.
  3. 3. Enter the one-time code sent to your current device.
  4. 4. Follow the prompts and complete the order.

You can also add an additional service by heading in store or give us a call on 1555 from your Vodafone phone.
