Vodafone customers get access to presale tickets for selected Live Nation events around the country, which means Vodafone customers get early access to purchase tickets across all price categories ahead of the general release to the public.

All Vodafone customers have access to the Vodafone Ticket offers and promotions. If you are not a customer, you can sign up to Vodafone on any post-paid or pre-paid plans to be eligible to access these benefits.

To access presale tickets, you will require a code, which can be obtained by heading to the Vodafone Tickets page and then selecting the artist you would like tickets for. This will take you to the artist page, where you enter the email address linked to your Vodafone account. Your code will appear on-screen, as well as be emailed to you. You will need to use this code on the official ticketing partner website to unlock presale access. Navigate to the password box on the ticket partner website and enter your code. Customers will receive one code per account, which gives you access to purchase tickets. Once the code has been used it will no longer be valid. Presales are available for a limited time or unless sold out prior. Presale allocations can sell out quickly, so keep your eye on the presale start date and time and be ready with your ticketing account details to ensure you secure tickets and have a smooth transaction. When a new Vodafone presale is announced, Vodafone customers who are opted into marketing communications will receive an email with the tour details. You can also head to Vodafone Tickets to find all details about the presale, including tour dates and locations, artist information, and access to redeem your presale code. Vodafone customers who require accessible tickets will also be given the opportunity to purchase tickets in the Vodafone presale. Before or during a pre-sale please contact info@livenation.com.au with details for the show and date you would like to attend and the Live Nation team will be able to provide more details on how to secure the best seating options to accommodate for your needs. Information on Live Nation’s accessibility initiatives can also be found at their accessibility FAQs.  

Vodafone presale tickets are limited and subject to availability, and occasionally tickets can sell out extremely quickly. Head to the specific Live Nation artist event page for information on further on-sales, such as the general public tickets release.

If a concert is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, email communications will be sent out to all ticket holders by the ticket agent and will be communicated across Live Nation channels. Please head to Live Nation or the official ticketing partner website for more information.

Pre-sale Tickets
Pre-sale access available to Vodafone customers who have redeemed their unique pre-sale code or have been sent a pre-sale code by Vodafone. Pre-sale ticket access is available from 1pm (local time) 12/09/23 to 1pm (local time) 13/09/23 or until allocation is sold out. To access the pre-sale, Vodafone customers will need to visit the official ticketing agent website during the pre-sale window and enter the pre-sale code in the password box to unlock access. Limit of one pre-sale code for the "Vodafone Pre sale" per Vodafone customer. Number of tickets able to be purchased is 10 general tickets and 6 VIP per customer. This pre-sale is an opportunity to secure tickets prior to the General Public on sale and is not a preferential seating service. A selection of tickets throughout the venue is made available for pre-sales until pre-sale allocation is sold out. Vodafone is not the promoter of this event and therefore is not liable for issues that may arise in relation to ticketing, online transactions, venue arrangements or other matters in connection with the event. The Weeknd Competition
Competition commences 19/10/23 and concludes 05/11/23. Enter competition by submitting contact details at www.vodafone.com.au/ticket. 14 Major Prizes which include 2x tickets to Vodafone suite at The Weeknd’s show in selected city, pre-show Q&A with a tour representative from The Weeknd ‘After Hours Til Dawn’ Global Stadium Tour, access to front VIP Standing Area Pods during The Weeknd’s set, ‘butler service’ and a ‘After Hours Til Dawn’ tour merchandise pack, including VIP merchandise. 90 Minor Prizes will receive 2x A Reserve tickets to The Weeknd’s show in selected city.
