How does the Tech Fund work?

Our 24 month Business Advance Plans give you device credit instead of an upfront handset when you sign up. This allows you to purchase selected mobile phones, tablets and modems from Vodafone at any period throughout your contract term. The Tech Fund value will depend on which plan you purchase. When you purchase multiple Business Advance plans (and services) the Tech Fund (device credit) amounts are pooled together as a single amount on your business account with Vodafone.

Can the data be shared between these plans?

Business Advance plans do not share data or international minutes. As our Business Advance plans include as much data as you want at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps, you don’t need to share your data with other plans.

Terms and conditions

Vodafone Business Advance BYO 12month and 24month Plans
Available to approved customers with an ABN/ACN and 10 or more connections on the same account. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. This plan is not available with a handset and you must supply your own. You are not able to share your data or international calls allowance on these plans.

Minimum monthly spend is $30, $40 (for $30, $40 plans respectively). Early Exit Fee: 50% of min month spend x months left on contract. After 12 month term is exhausted, voice plans will continue on month to month terms until such time as you notify that you wish to cancel

Data
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. “Your Max Speed” data will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies. International Minutes
International Talk Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see www.vodafone.com.au/idd for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. If you exhaust your Zone 1 or 2 allowance, or if you make a standard voice call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates- these rates are subject to change, see www.vodafone.com.au/idd for current rates.

Vodafone Business Advance 24month Plans
Available to approved customers with an ABN/ACN and 10 or more connections on the same account. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. You are not able to share your data or international calls allowance on these plans.

Minimum monthly spend is $80, $100, $150 (for $80, $100, $150 plans respectively). Early Exit Fee: 50% of min month spend x months left on contract.

Tech Fund
Tech Fund can be used on the Vodafone network towards a selected range of hardware and/or accessories determined by Vodafone from time to time. Tech Fund cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a credit against a customer’s call or service costs with Vodafone. Any amount remaining in the Tech Fund upon termination or at the end of the term of the contract will be forfeited. Device purchased via Tech Fund must remain connected to the Vodafone network for at least the minimum contract term.

$10 International Value Pack
Only available to customers who are connected to a Vodafone Postpaid Consumer Voice Plan released on or after 2 September 2016 or a Business Flex Plan. Minimum monthly spend is $10. Includes $10 value of standard international voice calls at the current “Discounted PAYG” rates (excludes premium, video, special and overseas free phone numbers). Rates vary per country and are subject to change - the full current list of Discounted PAYG rates can be found at our international rates support page. Once your $10 allowance is used up, further standard international voice calls will be either deducted from your plan’s international calling allowance to Zone 1 Countries and Zone 2 Countries (if applicable for your plan), or continue to be charged at the Discounted PAYG rates on top of your minimum monthly spend. All calls charged in per minute increments. Any unused allowance will expire at the end of each month. Max one pack per connection per month. Discounted PAYG rates and $10 allowance are only accessible to the connection who has added the Pack – they are not shareable. If your eligible voice plan is cancelled, this Pack will also automatically cancel. Recurring monthly access fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If you have an existing Vodafone International Calling Add-On on your account, it may be automatically cancelled if you chose to purchase this Pack and you will not be able to purchase old Add-Ons again – you can call us on 1555 to see if this applies to you.
