Our 24 or 36 month Business Flex Tech Fund Plans come with a device credit to get selected devices from Vodafone at any time throughout your contract. The Tech Fund value (device credit) will depend on which plan you sign up to. When you sign up to multiple Business Flex Plans, the Tech Fund amounts are pooled together as a single amount on your business account with Vodafone.

Contact our Business sales team or your Personal Account Manager who’ll provide you with the Vodafone Business device list. Generally, the device cost will be the RRP.

Business Flex plans
Approved customers with an ABN/ACN only. Inclusions are for use in Australia unless specified, and do not rollover. Not for commercial or resale purposes. Available for use with your own compatible device, or you can purchase a device from Vodafone with a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) over 12, 24 or 36 months.

Data
The included data in Business Flex 2025 plans (other than any unlimited max speed data) is shared with other Business Flex 2025 plans (including Data Add-ons, if applicable). Once the shared data pool is exhausted, additional data is charged at $5/GB (equal to $0.0049/MB). Extra Large Business Flex 2025 Plans that have an unlimited max speed data inclusion do not share data with any other plan. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage and if you are roaming. Fair Use Policy applies.

$5 Business Flex Mobile Broadband SIM Only Month to Month Plan
The $5 Business Flex Mobile Broadband SIM Only plan does not include any data, but allows you to use the included shareable data of other eligible Business Flex plans on the same billing account (including Data Add-Ons, if applicable). Once shared data pool is exhausted, additional data is charged at $5 per 1GB ($0.0049/MB). Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If all other Business Flex plans on your account are cancelled, any $5 Business Flex Mobile Broadband plans will also automatically be cancelled.

Business Flex 24 Month Mobile Broadband Plans
Minimum monthly spend excludes any device costs. Early exit fees apply – see the CIS or the plan terms for details. Mobile Broadband plans on the same account as other Business Flex plans share the included data allowances (including Data Add-Ons, if applicable). Once the shared data pool is exhausted, additional data is charged at $5 per 1GB ($0.0049/MB).

Coverage

5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. International Minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Destinations may change, see international calls for list of current Destinations. Calls charged in one minute increments. Excludes non-standard calls and video calls. Sharing: Zone 1 and Zone 2 included minute allowances will share with other Business Flex 2025 plans on the same account. Unlimited Zone 1 inclusions do not share with other plans.

If you exhaust your Zone 1 or Zone 2 minute allowance or you make a call to a destination outside the Zone 1 or 2 included Destinations, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates. These rates are subject to change, see the current rates here. Fair Use Policy applies, which can be found within Vodafone’s Standard Form of Agreement.

$5 Roaming
Eligible Roaming Destinations are subject to change, see current list and full details. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Destinations for $5 per day. Your shared included data allowance can be used while $5 Roaming. Once your data allowance is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5 per GB ($0.0049/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). This additional roaming data does not share with other connections on the same account, expires at the end of your next billing period and can only be used while in Eligible Roaming Destinations. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, by calling 135 888. All roaming services subject to network availability.
