Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to any new postpaid mobile or mobile broadband service. If you're a new customer and you've signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone Business nbn(R) plan, within the first 30 days of service activation, you're welcome to cancel by calling 135 888 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn® is fully transferred (or cancelled) and return your device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Applies to any new Vodafone postpaid mobile or mobile broadband, or nbn® service. Accessories not refunded. $43 Team Plan
Approved business customers with a valid ABN or ACN registered on their account can add a Team Plan when they also have at least one consumer postpaid mobile or tablet plan. Inclusions expire at the end of each billing month unless otherwise stated. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. Must connect for minimum one month.
$43 Team Plans are available as SIM Only where you bring your own phone or you can choose to simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan ('MPP') of 12, 24 or 36 months duration ("Commitment Period").
Minimum monthly spend is $43 + any monthly handset fees. Total minimum cost is one month of plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you cancel your Team Plan, your MPP will automatically cancel, and the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. You can change your plan from a Team Plan to another Vodafone mobile plan however you cannot change your plan from any other Vodafone mobile plan to a Team Plan. You can cancel your MPP but any remaining device repayments will need to be paid in full on your next bill and you may lose any applicable device discounts.
If you currently have a $25 Team Plan, you can keep it; however, starting from 17 August 2025, you will not be able to add any new $25 Team Plans. Additionally, if you change or cancel your $25 Team Plan, you will not be able to switch back to this plan in the future.
5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. $5 Roaming on Team Plans
Subject to change, see current list and full details. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Destinations for $5 per day. Team Plans can access the sharing group’s included data (formerly known as Max Speed data) while $5 Roaming. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming destinations. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.
Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save plan fee discounts are available to new or existing customers who have two or more Eligible Plans under one billing account.
Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $34 and above released on or after July 25 2018 and $43 Team Plans released on or after 17 August 2025 (excluding Assured Plan, Business Flex Plans, BYOD Plans, Promo Plans, Holding Plans, Hardship Plans, Extra Small Plan and Extra Large Plans).
One Eligible Plan on a billing account will be recognised as the primary service and it will be undiscounted (Primary Service). Each additional Eligible Plan added on the same billing account as the Primary Service will receive a discount as follows: $5 off the monthly plan fee of the second Eligible Plan, and $15 off the monthly plan fee for each subsequent Eligible Plan up to a maximum of 10 Eligible Plans. Note: only the monthly plan fee of an Eligible Plan will be discounted as noted above, and all other charges, including but not limited to the following are not discounted via Bundle and Save: MPP, APP or any Add On (booster, packs, roaming, Numbersync). Standard Team Plan eligibility applies in order to be included in Bundle & Save discounts.
The Bundle & Save discount is available on a month-to-month basis, is calculated from the first eligible full bill cycle and updated monthly in line with the above discount structure as Eligible Plans are added or cancelled. If the Primary Service is cancelled, another Eligible Plan will automatically be allocated as the undiscounted Primary Service. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted plan fee amount x months remaining, unless otherwise advised.

Sharing on Team Plans
A business customer must have a Business Small, Medium or Large plan, or consumer postpaid plan with your ABN added to the account, on their account ("Primary Service"). This gives a customer the ability to add up to 9 Team Plans (either voice or tablet) on their business account so the included data (formerly known as Max Speed data) of the Primary Service/s can share with the Team Plans. Speed capped data is not shareable.
