We’re so confident in our network coverage, we guarantee it. If you’re a new customer signing up to a plan and not satisfied with our network coverage within the first 30 days, you can leave us. We’ll even refund any monthly access fees and monthly handset instalments you’ve paid. Just return your device in its original packaging within 10 days of your claim, and you will only have to pay for excess usage charges, or charges for services that aren’t included in your plan, incurred up to the date the cancellation is finalised. With $5 Roaming, you can use your plan in 80 countries for $5 extra a day. These countries may vary, so check our current countries before you travel. If you're on a Plus or Advance Plan, you can only use Your Max Speed data with $5 Roaming, along with your call and text inclusions. It’s a fantastic way to control costs when you and your team are working overseas.

Terms and conditions

Red Plus plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data. Red Plus Month to Month Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data while roaming and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $35, $40, $50, $60 and $80 respectively plus handset costs. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Red Plus Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. All data for use within Vodafone network coverage areas. Plus Plans include a “Your Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. Vodafone nbn™ Month-to-Month plans
For approved Business customers only with an ABN/ACN. Vodafone nbn™ is a data only service. May not be compatible with home phone line service and you may lose existing technology such as medical alarms or devices. Full terms at The total maximum cost of the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub Modem (‘Modem’) is $180. There is no option to purchase the Modem outright or on a monthly payment plan. The Modem cost equates to $5 per month (‘Undiscounted Price’) over 36 months or $0 per month (‘Discounted Price’) if you stay connected for 36 months (‘Device Period’). The Discounted Price will appear as a credit on your monthly bill. If you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the Device Period you will need to pay the full Undiscounted Price x months remaining on Device Period. This remaining Modem cost will be applied as a lump sum on your final bill. You must connect for a minimum of one month. Recurring monthly plan fees are charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn™ activation at your premises.

Additional fees may apply for nbn™ installation or appointments. You cannot share the data between your Vodafone nbn™ plan and your Vodafone postpaid mobile plan and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555. Additional fees may apply for nbn™ installation or appointments.

Broadband service
You can use Vodafone 4G in 4G areas if you have an eligible plan and device. 4G in selected cities in Australia. Outside these areas, you get Broadband Speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. Actual speeds vary due to things like device capability, location & network congestion. See

$5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details at Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. For Plus Plan Plan customers, only Your Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data or Your Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.

Available to approved customers with an ABN on a Vodafone postpaid plan. Purchase Vodafone ReadyApps as a monthly add-on (‘Add-on’) or a 12 month contract paying an upfront lump sum (‘Upfront Subscription’) or a 12 month contract paying equal monthly fee instalments (‘Monthly Subscription’). ReadyApps purchases will appear on your monthly Vodafone bill as an aggregated total, and a detailed breakdown is available via your AppDirect account. For Add-ons, minimum connection is 1 month and a recurring monthly fee is charged until the end of the month in which you notify Vodafone that you wish to cancel. For Subscriptions, minimum connection is 12 months after which the contract will automatically rollover for a further 12 months unless you notify Vodafone that you wish to cancel before the end of month 12 of any Subscription year. Postpaid plan costs, including data charges, are additional. If you cancel your Subscription prior to the end of any 12 month period, the early exit fee for Microsoft apps and Google G-Suite is 10% of monthly fee x months left on contract; for Dropbox Business and Weebly is 75% of monthly fee x months left on contract; for GoDaddy is 100% of monthly fee x months left on contract Early exit fee will be applied to your next bill. Add-ons and Subscriptions will cease if you no longer have a Vodafone postpaid plan. If your account’s combined total monthly spend on Vodafone ReadyApps exceeds $300, you will not be allowed to purchase more Vodafone ReadyApps until the combined total monthly spend is $300 or less.
