Bundled Accessory Discount – Galaxy Watch Ultra

Bundled Accessory Discount is a discount off the eligible accessory RRP, when bundled with an eligible device and an eligible plan. Only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who in the same transaction purchase and stay connected to (i) a selected eligible primary device on a Mobile Payment Plan (MPP) over 12, 24 or 36 months (Repayment Period), (ii) an eligible Postpaid plan (Eligible Plan), (iii) an eligible accessory on Accessory Payment Plan (APP) over the same Repayment Period, and lastly (iv) agree to and pass a credit check. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount or offers. Bundled Accessory Discount may only be available for select Repayment Periods, for example for 24 or 36 months only. Bundled Accessory Discounts are applied as a monthly recurring credit for the length of your chosen Repayment Period. You must stay connected to your device MPP, Eligible Plan and accessory APP for the length of your Repayment Period to receive the entire Bundle Accessory Discount. Not eligible for customers purchasing either primary device or accessory outright. If you cancel any of the following before the end of your Repayment Period (i) your device MPP, or (ii) your Eligible Plan or (iii) your accessory APP, your Bundled Accessory Discount will be forfeited for the remainder of your Repayment Period, and you must pay out your accessory APP and device MPP in full on your next bill at the undiscounted rates (i.e. (i) 100% of remaining APP repayments at undiscounted rate x months remaining and (ii) 100% of remaining device MPP repayments at undiscounted rate x months remaining). Bundle Accessory Discount may not be forfeited if you rate plan change to another Eligible Plan but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as SIM Only Plan or Data SIM only Plan. Bundled Accessory Discounts are applied as a monthly recurring credit against your chosen repayment period. After your Repayment Period has ended for your eligible device and accessory, your Bundled Accessory Discount will also end but your monthly Eligible Plan costs will remain until you notify us that you wish to cancel. Accessories Discount
Accessory Payment Plan Discount (APP Discount) is available to eligible customers who (i) purchase the accessory on an Accessory Payment Plan (APP) over 24 and 36 months (Repayment Period), (ii) sign up to or have an existing eligible Postpaid plan (Eligible Plan) and stay connected, and lastly (iii) agree to and pass a credit check. Not eligible for customers purchasing an accessory outright. 

The APP Discount will apply for the length of your chosen APP Repayment Period. If you cancel or disconnect your Eligible Plan, or cancel your APP, before the end of your Repayment Period, your APP Discount will be forfeited for the remainder of your Repayment Period, and you must pay out your accessory on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining APP repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Your monthly accessory repayments may vary depending on your Repayment Period, and your Repayment Period cannot be changed where an APP Discount has been applied. APP Discounts are applied as a monthly recurring credit against your Repayment Period. Total minimum cost is one-month Eligible Plan fees plus one month of the discounted APP price plus the undiscounted APP price (at full RRP) for the remaining Repayment Period. Device Discount
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is only available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months, and sign up or upgrade, and stay connected to an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). Device Discounts vary depending on the device (as advertised), and some Device Discounts may only be available when you stay connected to an Eligible Plan over 24 or 36 months (ie. some Device Discounts may not be available for a repayment period of 12 months). Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Your monthly device repayments may vary depending on your chosen repayment period (12/24/36 months) and are applied as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. Accessories Payment Plan
To apply for an Accessories Payment Plan you’ll need to be on a phone or Mobile Broadband plan and must agree to a credit check. Accessories Payment Plan (APP) enables eligible Vodafone postpaid customers to buy accessories and pay for them in instalments over 12, 24 or 36 months (Period). Your accessory price is spread in equal instalments over the Period (APP Instalments). Your APP Instalments will appear on your monthly bill. Under the APP, you own the accessories; you must pay your APP Instalments at the same time and in the same way as you pay for your Vodafone service even if your APP accessories are lost, damaged or stolen. Your APP spend can range from $30 up to your credit approval limit. If during your APP commitment Period you cancel your APP or postpaid plan, the balance of your APP Instalments is payable. You can pay the remainder of your APP and terminate your APP at any time by contacting us. We will notify you of the amount you need to pay to satisfy the remainder of your APP total amount and will be displayed on you next bill. Once we receive your payment for this amount in cleared funds, your APP will be terminated and you will not be required to pay any further APP Instalments. You can have a max of 5 APP per postpaid plan. Each APP can have up to 10 accessories. Not available online.

Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. Vodafone Price Beat
The Vodafone 5G Phone Price Beat Guarantee is a new promotion from Vodafone for its Australian customers. Under Vodafone’s Price Beat Guarantee, if a customer sees an Eligible Device advertised cheaper at an Eligible Retailer, Vodafone will beat that competing price by AUD$10 (Promotion). Eligible Device means any 5G mobile phone that Vodafone currently sells via its official Australian online and retail channels. Eligible Retailer means the official Australian online and retail outlets of Telstra, Optus, Apple and Samsung.

Price Beat Terms

1. Competitor’s Eligible Device must be brand new and in stock from an Eligible Retailer. 
2. Promotion is only available to Vodafone personal consumer customers and small business customers with an ABN. 
3. Promotion excludes pre-paid devices or pre-paid accounts. 
4. To participate in the Promotion and claim a price beat, a customer must call Vodafone, initiate a chat with a Vodafone agent online, visit one of our Vodafone retail stores or authorised dealers, or submit a claim via our online form. For in store or over the phone claims, the customer must mention Vodafone’s price beat campaign, the device they are seeking to buy and tell the agent where they saw the competing offer. Vodafone may ask for evidence of the competing offer. The agent will verify the competing price and the customer will be advised whether or not they are successful. Customers claiming over the phone or via our online chat will be immediately notified of the success of their claim. For claims via our online form, the customer must supply evidence of the competing offer via webpage URL, along with proof of purchase of the 5G phone from Vodafone. Customer’s claiming in store or via online form will be notified within 14 days of the success of their claim.
5. In relation to purchases made online, there is no guarantee that a customer’s application will be successful. As such, customers should not make their mobile plan purchases in reliance upon the Price Beat Guarantee, and should familiarise themselves with the terms that apply to this promotion, in particular what evidence is required to support a claim, and which competing retails the promotion applies to. 
6. Successful price beat claims will receive AUD$10 off the competitor’s advertised retail price of the Eligible Device. 
7. The customer will receive a discount of the difference in price between Vodafone’s advertised price and the competitor’s advertised price plus $10. That discount will be applied by way of a recurring credit divided equally across each bill over the life of the plan contract. 
8. Competitor’s Eligible Device must be the same SKU (Model / Colour / Storage Capacity) as Eligible Device advertised by Vodafone you are selecting for purchase. 
9. Promotion applies to new Eligible Devices only and does not include any price beat against third party offers for devices that are second hand, refurbished, exdemonstration, display units, or available by clearance, liquidation or auction processes. 
10. Vodafone will not honour any claims made in relation to offers by unauthorised distributors, third-party sellers on marketplaces, overseas stock or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
11. Promotion is only available in the same channel that the 5G phone was purchased. If the purchase was made in store, the claim must also be made in store at that time. If the purchase was made via our online store, then the claim must also be made via our online form, and must be done within 5 days after purchasing. 
12. Promotion is only against a competitor’s comparable recommended retail price or their publicly advertised discounted price inclusive of any additional fees, taxes, delivery or freight. Pricing errors, cashback offers and “run out” or “closing down” offers are excluded. 
13. Promotion excludes competing Eligible Device prices where they are discounted based on acquiring a specific plan, receiving a gift-with-purchase, or value received after a device trade-in. 
14. Limit of five (5) price beats per customer. Limit of one (1) price beat per phone number. Promotion cannot be used to acquire devices for commercial use or resale. 
15. Promotion can only be applied once per Eligible Device. 
16. We will not honour the Promotion if we determine that the evidence provided is not genuine, has been falsified or tampered with in any way. 
17. Promotion can be withdrawn or altered at any time without notice.
18. Where a customer disconnects a service prior to the contracted full term, any remaining price beat discounts will be removed and the device will be charged at the full, remaining undiscounted recommended retail price. 
19. Vodafone has full discretion to make any determination it reasonably sees fit in approving, denying or querying a claim under this Promotion and reserves all rights in that respect.
