Black Friday Double Data on Small Data & Large Data Plans
Bonus data available to (i) approved new customers signing up to an eligible Vodafone Infinite Data Plan: Small Data or Small Data SIM Only Plan; and Large Data or Large Data SIM Only Plan ('Eligible Plan’); (ii) approved existing customers adding an additional Eligible Plan to their account; and (iii) approved existing customers upgrading their device and signing up to an Eligible Plan in-store or via customer care only, device upgrades are not available online (‘Eligible Customers’). Use your included data, call and text allowances in Eligible Destinations for an additional $5 per day. However data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Eligible Destinations are subject to change, see current list and full details here https://www.vodafone.com.au/mobile/international-roaming. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in Eligible Destinations. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or Home Internet plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn® or Vision plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn® or Vision service is fully transferred and return your device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Vodafone Infinite Data plans
Vodafone Data Plans are available for use with your own compatible device (modem or tablet) or are available if you simultaneously purchase a device (modem/ tablet) from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated.
Minimum monthly spend is $20 or $40 (depending on your plan). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the undiscounted MPP instalments of your chosen device (if any). There is no Early Exit Fee on your Vodafone Infinite Data Plan, however, if you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Data Plan, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of the remaining undiscounted device instalments will be applied to your next bill (if applicable). Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.
Sharing data
If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team, Extra Large Plan, Vodafone Large Promo, Vodafone Extra Large Promo Plan or Vodafone Infinite Data Plans on your billing account, the included data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not shareable. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services. The data included in any other plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team, Extra Large Plan, Vodafone Large Promo, Vodafone Extra Large Promo Plan or Vodafone Infinite Data Plan is not shareable with Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus, Team, Extra Large Plan or Vodafone Infinite Data Plans and vice versa.
