For use on tablets only. Not for use on modems or Wi-Fi devices. Tethering excluded. For personal use by approved customers only. Only available if you simultaneously purchase a tablet from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). Data expires after 1 month.
Minimum monthly spend is $30, $45, $60(for $30, $45, $60 plans respectively). Minimum one month connection. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. No Early Exit Fee however, if you cancel your Red Data Plus Plan, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of the remaining tablet instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.
The Your Max Speed data allowances on any Vodafone Red Plus, Red Data Plus, SIM Only Data Plus or SIM Only Plus Plans on your billing account will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users.Data sharing is only available between up to 10 Vodafone Plus Plans, for personal customers a maximum of 5 of these can be voice plans. The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. Call 1555 to opt-out of sharing.

The Vodafone 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee
These terms and conditions are only for personal accounts and business accounts with up to 9 connections. For eligibility criteria and terms for business accounts with ten or more connections – call 135 888 for details. The 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee is available until 30/06/17 (unless extended). It’s available to you if you’re a new Vodafone customer, approved for a postpaid plan only, and it doesn't count for upgrades or rate plan changes. To make a claim, you can give us a call on or 1555 (if you are calling from a Vodafone device) or 1300 551 198 (if you are calling from a non-Vodafone device). You'll need to return your new device(s), with all its original packaging and accessories within 10 business days of making the claim. We will discuss a return process that works for you when you contact us. You have to be sure that the device is undamaged and as it was when you took it out of the box. Oh, and you’ll also need your proof of purchase (receipt). You will only have to pay for excess usage charges, or charges for services that aren’t included in your plan (for example, roaming, international calls or calls to premium numbers), that you have incurred up to the date the cancellation is finalised (if you are a 12 and 24 month plan customer) or on the final day of your first billing cycle (if you are a SIM only month to month plan customer). If you are a 12 or 24 month plan customer, it is considered finalised on the date you return everything, in original condition, to a participating network guarantee store, unless you are transferring your number to another carrier – in that case it will be finalised once everything’s returned and your number has been successfully transferred. Under this guarantee, we can’t actually refund you for any additional accessories that you’ve purchased. If you decide you want to keep your device(s), then we'll obviously need you to pay for it – you’ll see this on your final bill. If you purchased a modem outright on a month-to-month mobile broadband plan, we’ll refund the cost of it when you return it in its original condition. If you’re adding a new service to your current Vodafone account, the 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to the new service and not to existing services on the account – unless, of course, they are less than 30 days young themselves and also eligible. If there are any credits on your account that have been given to you by Vodafone, they won't be refunded, exchanged or redeemable for cash when you claim. Where you have an individual plan, the 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee applies to a maximum of one mobile and one mobile broadband claim per person per year. Where you have multiple shared plans, the 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee applies to a maximum of one claim per plan on up to 10 claims per account, per person per year. None of this will affect any other rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Mobile Payment Plan
Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) available for personal use only to approved customers who connect and remain connected to an active and eligible Vodafone Red plan. Early Exit Fee for MPP: 100% of handset cost x months remaining. The outright price of your chosen device (as set by Vodafone at the time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen commitment period (12, 24 or 36 months). Once selected, this commitment period is fixed. If during your MPP commitment period you cancel your voice plan, your MPP will also be automatically cancelled and 100% of remaining MPP instalments plus outstanding charges on your voice plan (including Early Exit Fees, if applicable) will be applied to your next bill. When you add a MPP, the terms of your existing voice plan remain the same.

In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/GB ($0.01/MB). Any unused Additional Data will be rolled over for one billing month. After this it will expire. Included Data does not rollover. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account, the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
The Loyalty Discount listed above is available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Loyalty Discounts are subject to continual change. You can only have one loyalty discount at any one time. If you upgrade or change plans, your loyalty discount may change or drop off. If you add an MPP at RRP over a tenure but without a plan, you will not receive a loyalty discount. Once purchased, your Loyalty Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Loyalty Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.
