The Vodafone 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee
These terms and conditions are only for personal accounts and business accounts with up to 9 connections. For eligibility criteria and terms for business accounts with ten or more connections – call 135 888 for details. The 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee is available until 30/06/17 (unless extended). It’s available to you if you’re a new Vodafone customer, approved for a postpaid plan only, and it doesn't count for upgrades or rate plan changes. To make a claim, you can give us a call on or 1555 (if you are calling from a Vodafone device) or 1300 551 198 (if you are calling from a non-Vodafone device). You'll need to return your new device(s), with all its original packaging and accessories within 10 business days of making the claim. We will discuss a return process that works for you when you contact us. You have to be sure that the device is undamaged and as it was when you took it out of the box. Oh, and you’ll also need your proof of purchase (receipt). You will only have to pay for excess usage charges, or charges for services that aren’t included in your plan (for example, roaming, international calls or calls to premium numbers), that you have incurred up to the date the cancellation is finalised (if you are a 12 and 24 month plan customer) or on the final day of your first billing cycle (if you are a SIM only month to month plan customer). If you are a 12 or 24 month plan customer, it is considered finalised on the date you return everything, in original condition, to a participating network guarantee store, unless you are transferring your number to another carrier – in that case it will be finalised once everything’s returned and your number has been successfully transferred. Under this guarantee, we can’t actually refund you for any additional accessories that you’ve purchased. If you decide you want to keep your device(s), then we'll obviously need you to pay for it – you’ll see this on your final bill. If you purchased a modem outright on a month-to-month mobile broadband plan, we’ll refund the cost of it when you return it in its original condition. If you’re adding a new service to your current Vodafone account, the 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to the new service and not to existing services on the account – unless, of course, they are less than 30 days young themselves and also eligible. If there are any credits on your account that have been given to you by Vodafone, they won't be refunded, exchanged or redeemable for cash when you claim. Where you have an individual plan, the 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee applies to a maximum of one mobile and one mobile broadband claim per person per year. Where you have multiple shared plans, the 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee applies to a maximum of one claim per plan on up to 10 claims per account, per person per year. $30 Red Data plan
For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $30. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account, the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555. If you have more than one MBB plan on your billing account, or if you add one or more MBB plans to an account that has a Vodafone voice plan that supports sharing (up to a total 5 voice plans and a maximum of 10 plans overall)

Mobile Payment Plan
Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) available for personal use only to approved customers who connect and remain connected to an active and eligible Vodafone Red plan. Early Exit Fee for MPP: 100% of handset cost x months remaining. The outright price of your chosen device (as set by Vodafone at the time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen commitment period (12, 24 or 36 months). Once selected, this commitment period is fixed. If during your MPP commitment period you cancel your voice plan, your MPP will also be automatically cancelled and 100% of remaining MPP instalments plus outstanding charges on your voice plan (including Early Exit Fees, if applicable) will be applied to your next bill. When you add a MPP, the terms of your existing voice plan remain the same.

International Minutes
Global Minutes to Eligible Countries. Selected Countries and Global Minute Eligible Countries may change, see our international calls page for a list of current countries. Calls charged in pre minute increments. Customers will use Global Minute allocation first when calling Eligible Countries; once minute allowance depleted, further calls to Eligible Countries will be deducted from any remaining Standard International Minute allowance. Fair Use Policy applies. If you exhaust your Standard International Minutes to Selected Countries allowance or Global Minutes to Eligible Countries allowance, or if you make a standard voice call to a country outside the included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates - these rates are subject to change, see our international calls page for current rates.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded.
