Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first (which includes unlimited mobile data on the Ultra+ Plan); thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2 or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. On the Ultra+ Plan, once you have used 30GB Hotspot Max Speed Data, you can continue to use Hotspot data at speeds of up to 2Mbps. Tethering permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.
With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. $5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. For all plans with a Max Speed data allowance, only Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data, Hotspot Data (available on Ultra+ Plans), or Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Mobile Payment Plan
Devices may be purchased on a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). The outright price of your chosen device (as set by Vodafone at your time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen Commitment Period. Once chosen, your Commitment Period is fixed (unless you elect to pay your total remaining balance in full in one instalment). MPP is only available to customers who simultaneously connect (and remain connected to) an active and eligible Vodafone Infinite Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). If you cancel your Eligible Plan, your MPP will also automatically cancel and 100% of remaining MPP instalments plus any outstanding charges on your voice plan will be applied to your next bill. Minimum monthly spend and terms and conditions apply for Eligible Plan.

Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans can only be shared with other Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans. Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. Red Tablet Plus Plans (Month to Month)
For use on tablets only. Not for use on modems or Wi-Fi devices. Tethering excluded. For personal use by approved customers only. Only available if you simultaneously purchase a tablet from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). Data expires after 1 month.
Minimum monthly spend is $15, $30, $45, $60 (for $15, $30, $45, $60 plans respectively). Minimum one month connection. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. No Early Exit Fee however, if you cancel your Red Tablet Plus Plan, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of the remaining tablet instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.
Device Discount
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months, and sign up or upgrade, and stay connected to an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). Device Discounts vary depending on the device (as advertised), and some Device Discounts may only available when you stay connected to an Eligible Plan over 24 or 36 months (ie. some Device Discounts may not be available for a repayment period of 12 months). Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Your monthly device repayments may vary depending on your chosen repayment period (12/24/36 months) and are applied as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time.
