Changes to our Bundle & Save product and Vodafone Internet plans

Changes to Bundle & Save

From  17 August 2025, we're making some updates to how our Bundle & Save discount works.

If you have existing Bundle & Save discounts, we’ll write to you via email and/or post.

The changes to your Bundle & Save discounts will automatically apply to your next bill after 17th August 2025.

You can check your regular payment date in My Vodafone.

If you have any other questions, please call us on 1555 from your Vodafone mobile phone or 1300 650 410 from any other phone.

How do the new Bundle & Save discounts work?

The first eligible plan under each billing account will be recognised as the Primary Service and will not receive a discount. You will receive $5 off the monthly plan fee of the second eligible plan, and $15 off the monthly plan fee of each subsequent eligible plan up to a maximum of 10 eligible plans.

When will I see the new Bundle & Save discounts on my bill?

The new changes will take effect on 17th August 2025 and will apply on your next bill following this date.

What will happen if I add, remove or change a plan before the 17th August?

Any changes made to your existing plans, or adding or removing another plan could impact the new Bundle & Save discount you will receive after 17th August. These changes could also impact any credits that you would receive.

Is my plan still eligible for a Bundle & Save discount with these changes?

Eligible plans include all postpaid voice plans of $34 and above released on or after July 25, 2018 (excluding Assured Plan, Business Flex Plans, Team Plans, BYOD Plans, Promo Plans, Extra Small Plan, Extra Large Plan, Holding Plans and Hardship Plans).

You will no longer receive Bundle & Save discounts on any existing nbn®, 4G Home Internet or 5G Home Internet services.

You will no longer receive Bundle & Save discounts on your existing tablet or modem plans.

What is a Primary Service?

One service on your account will be the primary service. The primary service does not receive a Bundle & Save discount but is required before you can receive discounts on additional eligible services.

Will there be changes to my monthly device repayments?

No, as a result of this change there will be no changes to your monthly device repayments.

What changes will I see in My Vodafone?

You’ll see any changes to your Bundle & Save discounts in My Vodafone from your first billing cycle after 17th August. Check your regular payment date in My Vodafone.

If you have a Vodafone mobile plan, you’ll get the speeds of the next highest nbn® plan available at no extra cost. Eligibility is subject to technology and line speed capability at your address.

Will there be any changes to my 4G Home Internet speed and data inclusions?

As part of the changes, our legacy 4G Home Internet plans with capped data and max speeds will be discontinued, and you will be moved to our Home Internet Basic 4G plan.

Data inclusions will no longer be capped as they will be replaced by Unlimited data. Speeds will now be capped at a maximum of 20Mbps download and 2Mbps upload, with typical evening speeds (7-11pm) of 16Mbps download and 1.9Mbps upload.

To find out more about typical speeds head to our 4G Home Internet page.

Will there be any changes to my nbn® speed and data inclusions?

Your internet speeds will not be affected, and your data allowance and existing inclusions will remain the same. If you are moved to our Speed Upgrade proposition, there will be no impact to your speeds because we will move you to the plan below your current plan. If you cancel your eligible mobile plan, your Speed Upgrade will be removed, and you will revert to the speeds of your new base plan.

If you are on an NBN 25 plan, your maximum upload speed will increase from 5Mbps to 10Mbps, with a Typical Evening Speed (7-11pm) of 8Mbps.

For FTTN/B/C services, there is no change to the maximum attainable speed at your address. Any notice you may have previously received about your maximum attainable speed still applies.

What is changing with my additional service discounts?

If you have an eligible postpaid mobile service and an nbn® service on your account, and are currently receiving an additional service discount, these discounts are being replaced by our Bonus nbn® speed upgrade benefit.

If you have an eligible postpaid mobile service and a 4G Home Internet service on your account, you will receive a $10/mth off additional service discount. This replaces your previous Bundle & Save discount on your home internet plan. If you don’t have any eligible postpaid mobile services on your account, your additional service discounts will be removed.

I’m currently receiving other discounts or promotions, are these affected by the change?

The Bundle & Save discount is available on a month to month basis, is calculated from the first eligible full bill cycle and updated monthly in line with the above discount structure as Eligible Plans are added or cancelled. If the Primary Service is cancelled, another Eligible Plan will automatically be allocated as the undiscounted Primary Service. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted plan fee amount x months remaining, unless otherwise advised.

This revised Bundle and Save discount is available from 17th August 2025 and will supersede any prior Bundle and Save discount construct and the two do not stack. This offer is subject to change.
