As part of this change, we will be phasing out most of our older mobile plans and transitioning customers to our latest Vodafone Infinite Plans. We will also be phasing out most of our older mobile broadband plans and moving customers to our latest Vodafone Infinite Data Plans.

No. This change will not affect any existing Mobile Payment Plan or Accessories Payment Plan.
No. Your monthly plan fee will not be increasing because of this change.
Special offers (if any) are not shown on your Critical Information Summary (CIS). This may mean the CIS of your plan may show an increased plan fee, however the amount you pay for this plan will not increase.
With our Vodafone Infinite Plans, you'll enjoy unlimited standard national calls and texts, along with unlimited standard international texts all from Australia. For international calls from Australia, please check your plan inclusions. Fair Use Policy applies.
Vodafone will contact you via SMS after the change has taken place.
Once the new plan comes into effect, you can access your new plan information through My Vodafone or head to the critical information summary page.
You'll get your next bill on the same date as usual. You will see your new plan on the next bill after your plan has changed. You can refer to the bill explainer for more information.
If you have a data add-on and/or an Unlimited Zone 1 Talk International add-on, they’ll be removed when your plan has changed, and you’ll no longer be charged for these moving forward.
Yes. Data sharing is available for up to 10 services. Only the included data can be shared among other Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+), Vodafone BYOD, Plus plans and Vodafone Infinite Data Plans under one billing account.
Excludes data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps. Data is for use in Australia. T&C apply.
On our Vodafone Infinite Plans you can use your included data, calls, and texts, or on our Vodafone Infinite Data Plans you can use your included data in over 100 countries for only $5 extra a day. Excludes data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps. Once you’ve used your included data, you’ll be charged $5/GB. Countries may vary. If your Vodafone Infinite Plan includes international calls, you can make international calls within Australia to selected countries. Countries may vary.
International calling is categorised as Zone 1 & Zone 2. Check your current plan inclusions for eligibility. Check out our support pages for more information about our International Talk Boosters and Add-ons.
If international calling is not included in your plan, or you want to call countries outside of Zone 1 & Zone 2, please review our Pay As You Go rates for more information.
No. On Vodafone Infinite and Vodafone Infinite Data plans you won’t be charged for exceeding your included data in Australia.
On Vodafone Infinite and Vodafone Infinite Data plans you will receive an included data allowance. Once your included data has been exhausted you can continue to use data at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps or 2Mbps (depending on your plan). At 1.5Mbps and 2Mbps you can browse socials and stream music; however, this speed is not suitable for HD video.

Yes, you can change your plan to another in-market plan through My Vodafone. However, any current discounts and offers or future discounts provided as a part of the change will not apply.

No, your arrangement or agreement will not change. Your monthly access fee on your new plan will be as set out in our email.
