Our prepaid plans have changed from 10 April 2024.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after 10 April 2024 if I’m on Auto-Recharge?

After 10 April 2024, the next Automatic Recharge is updated to the nearest available plan as per the text or email that you received from us. Once updated, all following Automatic Recharges will continue on the new plan. Please note that some of the Auto-Recharge offers regarding discounts and/or extra data on each recharge have changed. Please refer to the table above or head to our Automatic Recharge support page.

To opt-out of Automatic Recharge SMS “No ATR” to 1263. For further info and details on our available plans call 1555 or head to our prepaid plans page.

What happens if I have a valid Starter Pack that I bought prior to the plan changes but haven’t activated?

If you previously purchased a valid Starter Pack for $10, $30, $40, $50, $150 and $250 prior to the new plan changes, you’ll still be able to activate these with the new inclusions after 10 April 2024. At the end of the relevant expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on any new plans.

If you previously purchased a valid Starter Pack for $20 and $60 prior to the new plan changes, you’ll be able to activate these with the old inclusions until 10 April 2025. At the end of the relevant expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on any new plans.

What happens if I have a valid existing recharge voucher that I haven’t used yet?

If you previously purchased a valid voucher for $10, $30, $40, $50, $150 and $250 prior to the new plan changes, you’ll still be able to recharge these with the new inclusions at no additional charge for a period of 12 months.

If you previously purchased a valid voucher for $20 and $60 prior to the new plan changes, you’ll be able to activate or recharge these with the old inclusions until 10 April 2025. At the end of the relevant expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on any new plans.

What happens if I’m on Pay and Go?

If you’re on a Pay and Go, you’ll continue to use your credit against our new rates from 10 April 2024.

What happens to the data that I’ve banked?

After 10 April 2024, you will still have access to the data that you’ve banked (up to a maximum of 200GB on Prepaid Plus). However, Data Bank will now be referred to as Data Rollover.
