Our prepaid plans are changing

Our prepaid plans are changing from 15 April 2026.

What happens to your current recharge

Your current recharge won’t change until the end of the expiry period, even if the expiry period is after 15 April 2026.

However, these changes will take effect from your next recharge after 15 April 2026.

Frequently asked questions

What happens after 15 April 2026 if I'm on auto recharge?

After 15 April 2026, the next auto recharge is updated to the nearest available plan as per the SMS or email we’ve sent you. Once updated, all auto recharges will continue on the new plan. Check the table above for details on the new plan or head to our prepaid plans page.

To opt out of auto recharge, SMS “No ATR” to 1263 or opt out via My Vodafone.

What happens if I have a valid Starter Pack that I bought prior to the plan changes but haven’t activated?

If you bought a valid Starter Pack prior to the new plan changes, you’ll still be able to activate these with the new inclusions after 15 April 2026 for a period of 12 months. At the end of the expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on the new plans.

What happens if I have a valid recharge voucher that I haven't used yet?

If you bought a valid voucher prior to the new plan changes, you’ll still be able to recharge these with the new inclusions at no additional cost up until your voucher expiry date. At the end of the expiry period, you’ll only be able to recharge on the new plans.

What happens if I'm on Pay and Go?

If you’re on Pay and Go, you’ll continue to use your credit against our new rates from 15 April 2026.

What happens to my data rollover?

After 15 April 2026, you’ll still have access to the data you’ve rolled over. Only now, the maximum you can roll over on Prepaid Plus will increase to 300GB from 200GB.
