The inclusions in your prepaid recharge, Add-on and My Credit balance may roll over depending on your current recharge and your next recharge.

Once your 365 Plus recharge has expired, you will no longer be able to recharge.
I'm on MyMix, and I'm recharging onto:

365 Day recharges are only available if you're already on it. You can switch to a Combo Plus or Pay and Go recharge but you won't be able to switch back at a later stage.

Prepaid Cap recharges are only available if you're already on it. You can switch to a Combo or Pay and Go recharge but you won't be able to switch back at a later stage.
The maximum credit balance you can hold on Prepaid Cap is:
Your My Credit balance will roll over when you top up with My Credit within a year of the last top up. The maximum My Credit balance you can hold is $1000.
You can roll over your Prepaid Add-on’s unused inclusions provided you buy the same type of Add-on with the same expiry period before your original Add-on expires. For example:

Unexpired data rolls over and takes on the expiry date of your new recharge. However, you won't be able to recharge if your data balance is 50GB or higher.
