How can we help?

Managing your Business Plan eSIM

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a chip that’s already embedded into your device, so you don’t need a physical SIM to use your business plan. Once your business plan is active on an eSIM, it functions the same way as it would on a physical SIM.

Where can I get an eSIM?

You can get an eSIM enabled phone, iPad or tablet online, by  visiting you local, or by calling our sales team on 1300 111 111. You can get an eSIM enabled watch online, by heading in store or by calling our sales team on 1300 111 111.
