Vodafone nbn™ 24 month plans
Vodafone nbn™ is only available in selected areas and premises. Subject to service qualification check. Some technology types are not currently supported by Vodafone nbn™. Vodafone nbn™ is a data-only service and is not compatible with your home phone line service meaning you may no longer be able to use your landline (or existing phone number) for calls after you sign-up, depending on your technology type. Vodafone nbn™ service may also impact or interfere with existing technology, devices or services at your premises including medical devices, alarms, eftpos machines, lift emergency phones and some email or fax services. Min monthly spend is $59, $79, $99 (for $59, $79 and $99 plans respectively). The maximum early exit fee payable for these plans is $350 (including device costs). The exact early exit fee payable is determined by when and why you leave. Please see your Plan Details for more information. Total minimum cost excludes $300 New Development Fee that is triggered when you live in a new development and any additional costs for call outs that may be applied when there is a missed appointment or where no fault is found. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn™ activation at your premises.

Total minimum cost excludes any additional costs for call outs when there is a missed appointment or where no fault is found or the $300 New Development Charge that is triggered when you live in a new development. You must connect for a minimum of one month. Recurring monthly plan fees are charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn™ activation at your premises.

Vodafone Instant Connect
Vodafone Instant Connect is a complimentary service that provides an interim internet connection using either the Vodafone 3G or 4G network in Vodafone Coverage Areas only. It is only available using the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub™ with a Vodafone SIM on our network. Instant Connect is available from when you receive your Wi-Fi Hub until your nbn™ service is fully activated or for a period of 30 consecutive days (whichever occurs first). Speeds are throttled at a theoretical maximum of 12Mbps for downloads and 1Mbps for uploads. Service performance varies depending on network coverage and your location with speeds likely less than the maximum. Our Fair Use Policy applies, see our Fair Use Policy for details.

Vodafone 4G Backup
Vodafone 4G Backup is a complimentary service that provides an interim internet connection using either the Vodafone 3G or 4G network in Vodafone Coverage Areas only for confirmed local nbn™ faults. It is only available using the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub™ with a Vodafone SIM on our network. 4G Backup will be automatically activated if you lose connection to Vodafone nbn™. This excludes mass nbn™ outages. You will be able to use the Backup service until the fault is resolved or for a period of 30 consecutive days (whichever occurs first). Service performance varies depending on network coverage and your location with speeds likely less than the maximum. Our Fair Use Policy applies, see our Fair Use Policy for details.

Installation
The process for installation of Vodafone nbn™ will vary depending on the nbn™ service type available at your premises. We will inform you of the process for installation at your premises when you sign-up. If you require installation by an nbn™ technician they will need access to your home and someone aged 18+ must be home. If you do not own the property, you must obtain consent from the owner in order to have Vodafone nbn™ installed. You are responsible for setting up your Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub and your Wi-Fi network.

Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub™
Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub supports up to 32 compatible Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously. The Wi-Fi Hub will support nbn™ technology types provided by Vodafone nbn™.

Speed
Internet speeds on this plan are variable and you will typically experience much slower speeds than the maximum connection speed available on your plan. You will experience speeds below the maximum available speed during peak times (7pm-11pm). For FTTB/FTTN technology, actual speeds will vary and can be confirmed once connected. The performance and speed of your Vodafone nbn™ service depends on a number of factors such as: plan choice, location, the number of devices connected to your network, modem type and positioning, Wi-Fi performance, in-building wiring, content accessed, the nbn™ technology used to deliver your service, our network and internet traffic demand. Changing your plan
You are permitted to change once per bill cycle. Your new plan will begin immediately. You will be refunded for the plan fee for the remainder of the month on a pro-rata basis and you be will charged your new plan fee calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the month.

4G Coverage
You can use Vodafone 4G in our 4G areas. 4G in selected areas in Australia. You get broadband speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. 30 Day Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred that are not included in your plan, and return device in original packaging with proof of purchase to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim.  Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. 24 month complimentary Norton Security for Professionals™ (“NSFP”) subscription (“Offer”) for first 24 months available to existing Vodafone Post-paid mobile customers (“Eligible Post-Paid Plan”) who sign up with an ABN and stay connected to a $79  Business Essential+ nbn™ or $99 Business Premium nbn™ 24 month plan (“Eligible nbn™ Plan”). Not available to consumers, upgrading or rate plan change customers. ReadyApps
Available to approved customers with an ABN on a Vodafone postpaid plan. Purchase Vodafone ReadyApps as a monthly add-on (‘Add-on’) or a 12 month contract paying an upfront lump sum (‘Upfront Subscription’) or a 12 month contract paying equal monthly fee instalments (‘Monthly Subscription’). ReadyApps purchases will appear on your monthly Vodafone bill as an aggregated total, and a detailed breakdown is available via your AppDirect account. For Add-ons, minimum connection is 1 month and a recurring monthly fee is charged until the end of the month in which you notify Vodafone that you wish to cancel. For Subscriptions, minimum connection is 12 months after which the contract will automatically rollover for a further 12 months unless you notify Vodafone that you wish to cancel before the end of month 12 of any Subscription year. Postpaid plan costs, including data charges, are additional.
