Discount available to approved new and existing Vodafone NBN, Vodafone Opticomm and Vodafone 5G Home Internet (Eligible Plan) customers with a Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Modem who purchase a Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Mesh (Eligible Customers). Discount applies only to the purchase of the first Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Mesh and not to the purchase of any subsequent mesh. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or Home Internet plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn® or Opticomm or Vision plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn® or Opticomm or Vision service is fully transferred and return your device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded, with the exception of Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Mesh. This guarantee does not affect any other rights or remedies you may have under consumer law. Changing your nbn® plan
Only applies to changes to another nbn® Plan. Your new plan speed will begin immediately. You will be refunded for the plan fee for the remainder of the month on a pro-rata basis and you be will charged your new plan fee calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the month.
Accessories Payment Plan
Accessories may be purchased on an Accessory Payment Plan (APP) over 12, 24 or 36 months duration (Commitment Period). The outright price of your chosen accessory (as set by Vodafone at your time of purchase) will be spread in equal instalments over your chosen Commitment Period. Once chosen, your Commitment Period is fixed (unless you elect to pay your total remaining balance in full in one instalment). APP is only available to eligible customers who connect (and remain connected to) an active and eligible Postpaid Plan (Eligible Plan) and must agree to and pass a credit check. If you cancel your Eligible Plan or your APP, your APP will also automatically cancel and 100% of remaining APP instalments plus any outstanding charges on your Eligible Plan will be applied to your next bill. Vodafone nbn® plans
For personal use by approved customers only. Subject to service qualification check. Vodafone nbn® is a data-only service and is not compatible with your home phone line service meaning you may no longer be able to use your landline (or existing phone number) for calls after you sign-up. Vodafone nbn® service may also impact or interfere with existing technology, devices or services at your premises including medical devices, alarms, eftpos machines, lift emergency phones and some email or fax services. You cannot share the data between your Vodafone nbn® plan and your Vodafone postpaid mobile plan and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555. Additional fees may apply for nbn® installation or appointments.
You can purchase the Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Modem (‘Modem’) or bring your own compatible modem. The total maximum cost of the Modem is $336. There is no option to purchase the Modem outright or on a monthly payment plan. The Modem cost equates to $14 per month (‘Undiscounted Price’) over 24 months or $0 per month (‘Discounted Price’) if you stay connected for 24 months (‘Device Period’). The Discounted Price will appear as a credit on your monthly bill. If you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the Device Period you will need to pay the full Undiscounted Price x months remaining on Device Period. For example, if you leave at month 18 you would pay $14 x 6 (number of remaining months), at a total of $84. This remaining Modem cost will be applied as a lump sum on your final bill. You must connect for a minimum of one month. If you prefer to return the modem, we will charge the remaining amount but credit it back after the modem is received in Good Working Order within 30 days of cancellation. If you choose to return the Modem in return for a credit of the remaining cost, title to the Modem returns to Vodafone. ‘Good Working Order’ means the returned Modem is near new with only minor signs of wear and tear, and includes all original equipment.
Recurring monthly plan fees are charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. You will be charged for using your plan from the point of nbn® activation at your premises. Total minimum cost excludes any additional costs for call outs when there is a missed appointment or where no fault is found.
For Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Modem: Vodafone Super Wi-Fi Modem can operate with a maximum of 100 compatible Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously on Wi-Fi 7.
If you’re using the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub™ 1.0, it is not compatible with our Home Fast+ Plan, nbn® Home Superfast Plan or nbn® Home Ultrafast Plan.
BYO modem: You must supply your own Compatible Modem which complies with the minimum specifications available at vodafone.com.au. nbn® Home Fast+, Home Superfast and nbn® Home Ultrafast plans require a high-speed compatible modem (this includes existing mobile customers at FTTP/HFC addresses with a Speed Upgrade from nbn® Essential+). However, in order to receive the Existing Postpaid Mobile Customer Price for this plan, you will need to have an existing Postpaid Mobile service on the same account and remain connected to both services, otherwise you will be charged the Standalone Price. To receive the Existing Postpaid Mobile Customer Price your Postpaid Mobile plan and this nbn plan must have the same billing name and billing address. If you cancel your Postpaid Mobile plan or this nbn plan the discount will be forfeited and you will pay the Stand-alone Price.

Internet speeds on this plan are variable and you will typically experience much slower speeds than the maximum connection speed available on your plan. The nbn® Home Fast+, nbn® Home Superfast and nbn® Home Ultrafast plans are only available in nbn FTTP areas and nbn HFC areas. The nbn® Home Fast plan is only available in nbn FTTB/N/C areas. For FTTB/N/C customers, if after connection your plan is not supported by the maximum attainable speed available then we will contact you with more information and provide other options. Typical Busy Speed: This is the typical evening download speed that the average consumer can expect to receive between 7pm and 11pm. It is not a guaranteed minimum speed and you may experience lower speeds during this period and at other times. Typical evening upload speed is estimated by reference to the maximum upload speed and is not a guaranteed minimum speed. The actual speeds you experience will vary on a number of factors such as the nbn® technology used to deliver your service, plan choice, location, internet traffic demand, our network, line condition, the number of devices connected to your network, modem type and positioning, Wi-Fi performance, inbuilding wiring, and the content you access.
