Severe weather and bushfire activity in parts of regional NSW caused widespread power outages earlier this week, disrupting mobile and fixed services for some customers.
Weather conditions have eased and power has progressively been restored, allowing our teams to bring the majority of impacted sites back online.
Our technical teams continue to monitor network performance to ensure services remain stable.

Severe weather and bushfire activity across parts of regional NSW have caused widespread power outages, disrupting mobile and fixed services for some customers.
Our teams have been working around the clock to restore services. More mobile sites are coming back online as power gradually returns, with seven mobile sites currently running on backup power. We are working closely with power companies and local authorities to support restoration efforts where access and conditions allow.
Impacted areas include:
2083, 2106, 2148, 2250, 2321, 2322, 2326, 2330, 2333, 2335, 2358, 2446, 2460, 2576, 2577, 2579, 2767, 2795, 2821, 2823, 2824, 2825, 2826, 2843, 2850, 2869.
Mobile services (calls, SMS, data) and fixed services (including nbn) are impacted in these areas and emergency calls may also be impacted.

Storms and bushfire activity are impacting parts of regional NSW, with widespread power outages causing disruptions to mobile and fixed services for some customers.
Our technical teams are working closely with power providers and local authorities to restore services. Backup power equipment and restoration crews are mobilised and ready to move into impacted areas when conditions allow.

2083, 2250, 2267, 2330, 2335, 2372, 2430, 2456, 2560, 2570, 2765, 2786, 2790, 2795, 2800, 2820, 2821, 2823- 2827, 2830, 2831, 2850.
Mobile services (calls, SMS, data) and fixed services (including nbn) are impacted in these areas and emergency calls may also be impacted.
