What happens to my prepaid Mobile Broadband service if I don’t recharge?

Once your prepaid recharge has expired, you’ll have 395 days in which to recharge again. If you don’t recharge within that period, your service will also be disconnected.

Can I set up auto recharge for my prepaid Mobile Broadband service?

No. As of 30 June 2015, we no longer offer an auto recharge service.
