Red Plus Plans
Your Max Speed means the maximum speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your handset at the time and place you are using data. Red Plus Month to Month Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data while roaming and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $35, $40, $45, $50, $60 and $80 respectively plus handset costs. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Red Plus Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. All data for use within Vodafone network coverage areas. Plus Plans include a “Your Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5mbps until your next billing month. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls. Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $50, $60 and $80 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Red Plus or SIM Only Plus Plan on your billing account, the Your Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available between up to 5 Vodafone Plus Plans). The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555. If you have more than one Vodafone Red Plus or SIM Only Plus Plan on your billing account, the Your Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available between up to 5 Vodafone Plus Plans). The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Plus Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

International minutes on Red and Red Plus Plans (not available on $40 plan)
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see our international calls page for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. Excludes non-standard calls and video calls. Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans and upgrade or change one of those Eligible Plan to access the Bundle and Save discounts.

Eligible Plans are: All voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018, and $20 and above all Modem plans released on or after July 2 2020; and all nbn™ Plans. Excludes Business Flex. Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.

The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. $5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details at www.vodafone.com.au/roaming. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. For Plus Plan Plan customers, only Your Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data or Your Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.

Vodafone Mobile Landline
Min monthly spend is $5. Recurring monthly access fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel the service. Only available to customers who are connected to an eligible Vodafone Postpaid Voice Plan (‘Voice Plan’). This Product is not available to customers who have a bundled internet and home phone line service. This Add-on does not come with a separate call allowance, it simply allows you to retain your existing Fixed Voice (business/home phone) Number service (‘FVN’) and supports unlimited incoming calls redirected to a Postpaid Voice service on the same account. You will be unable to make outgoing calls using your FVN as all calls will be using your mobile device via the Vodafone Network. You will be charged for making outgoing calls from your mobile at the rate set out in your Voice Plan details. Only your FVN (business/home phone number) will be ported to Vodafone. Porting may result in loss of any services dependent on using the fixed voice service associated with that FVN (business/home phone number) including broadband, line sharing services, redirection or call waiting. Please check with your existing provider about these additional services and whether you will be required to pay any costs upon your number being transferred. If your eligible voice plan is cancelled, this Add-on will also automatically cancel and you will lose access to your FVN. Min monthly spend is prorated when Add-on is purchased or cancelled part way through the billing month for your eligible voice plan.
