How to redeem your Netflix gift.

Once your Vodafone nbn™ service is activated, we’ll send you an email with a link to confirm your eligibility for the offer. When your eligibility is confirmed, we’ll send you another email where you can redeem your gift directly with Netflix.

I didn’t receive an email. What should I do?

These emails will be sent to the email address you’ve registered with Vodafone once your nbn™ service is activated.

I’m unable to confirm my eligibility with the email you sent. What should I do?

To be eligible for the Netflix offer, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

  • Eligible Vodafone nbn™ plan
  • nbn™ service is activated
  • Vodafone account is not overdue
  • You’re the account holder

Do I need to sign up to Netflix before redeeming my gift?

No, you can set up a new Netflix account when you redeem your gift.

If you already have a Netflix account, you’ll need to login when you redeem your gift.

What type of Netflix subscription plan can I get?

We’ll give you a Netflix gift that covers the cost of a 12 month Netflix Standard subscription. The total value of this gift is $167.88.

If you’d prefer, you can sign up to a different Netflix subscription. However, this will change how long our offer lasts. For example, you’ll get around 9 months of Netflix on us if you upgrade to a Premium subscription.

What happens to my Netflix subscription after a year?

Here’s what will happen to your Netflix subscription after you use all of your Netflix gift. This will be after 12 months of a Netflix Standard subscription.

If you set up a new Netflix account when you redeemed your gift and have a Vodafone mobile phone plan, your subscription will automatically continue after your gift is used. The charges for your Netflix subscription will appear on your Vodafone bill.

If you already had a Netflix account before redeeming your gift, your subscription will automatically continue after your gift is used. Netflix will charge you for your subscription using the card details provided when you signed up.

If you set up a new Netflix account when you redeemed your gift and don’t have a Vodafone mobile phone plan, Netflix will contact you to arrange payment after your Netflix gift is used.

If I cancel my plan, what happens to my Netflix subscription?

You will still be subscribed to Netflix if you cancel your Vodafone nbn™ plan.
