Interest free repayment period
You can get a new tablet on an interest free repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months with selected plans. If your Red Plan is cancelled, you’ll need to pay off your tablet on your next bill.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
Applies to consumer postpaid customers and business postpaid customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan (excluding BYOD Plans) and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. $5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details. Available to eligible customers. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. For Vodafone Infinite Plan and Plus Plan customers, only Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data or Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Data”). Additional Data expires at the end of your billing month, is not shareable and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.

Loyalty Discount
The Loyalty Discount listed above is available for the phone/plan combination shown only and is not a permanent offer – all Loyalty Discounts are subject to continual change. You can only have one loyalty discount at any one time. If you upgrade or change plans, your loyalty discount may change or drop off. If you add an MPP at RRP over a tenure but without a plan, you will not receive a loyalty discount. Once purchased, your Loyalty Discount will be applied to your bill for the length of your chosen MPP commitment period (i.e. if your MPP is 24 months, you will receive the discount for 24 months). After your MPP has ended, your Loyalty Discount will also end and min monthly spend will revert to the full, undiscounted plan amount.

4G
You can use Vodafone 4G in our 4G areas. 4G in selected areas in Australia. You get broadband speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. 5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth.
5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone postpaid or prepaid mobile plan with 5G access, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G or 3G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Red Tablet Plans
Red Tablet Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a tablet from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated.

Minimum monthly spend is $15, $30, $45, $60 (for $15, $30, $45, $60 plans respectively). Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. There is no Early Exit Fee on your Red Tablet Plan, however, if you choose to cancel your Red Tablet Plan, your MPP will also auto cancel and 100% of the remaining device instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.

Red Tablet Plus Plans (Month to Month)
For use on tablets only. Not for use on modems or Wi-Fi devices. Tethering excluded. For personal use by approved customers only. Only available if you simultaneously purchase a tablet from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). Data expires after 1 month.
