Our people and partners are the secret to the sustainability of our business.
We want our people to be themselves at work so that they can be at their best every day, which is why we focus on creating an inclusive environment that welcomes diversity, equality and opportunity.
We work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment and our people bring significant energy to their work, so we believe that we need to invest in each individual to maximise their potential and elevate their performance. We’re a high performance values-based organisation and right from the point of induction, our people are encouraged to understand and behave in a way that is consistent with our business principles.
Our people contribute to our community in amazing ways through participation in volunteer programs such as Passion Days and World of Difference. For more information see Vodafone Australia Foundation.
