How is the total min cost calculated on this page?

For customers with 1-9 connections signing up to a Red or Red Plus Plan, the total min cost displayed under each device is the RRP minus the discount (if applicable and when you sign up to a plan). This total min cost doesn’t include the plan fee.

If I’m on Business Flex using my Tech Fund, how much does each device cost?

Contact our Business sales team or your Personal Account Manager who’ll provide you with the Vodafone Business device list. Generally, the device cost will be the RRP. On this page, the total min cost may include a device discount that’s only applicable for customers with 1-9 connections who sign up to a Red or Red Plus Plan.

Applies to postpaid business customers with up to 9 connections. If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades, and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year, per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. While we continue to support you on our best ever 4G network, since mid-2020 Vodafone’s 5G network is progressively being rolled out to selected areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. To access the 5G Network you will need a 5G approved device in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area. In non-5G coverage areas, you'll use our 4G or 3G networks.
