When it comes to mobile phone plans for business, one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we’ve changed our Red plans to give you choice. With our $80, $100 or $120 Red plans, you can now choose the plan option that suits you. Our Vodafone Red Data plans give you more data to use in Australia. While selected Vodafone Red Global plans come with standard international minutes from Australia to our Super 1000 Countries. You can also share data on all our Red plans with up to 10 services to create one pool of data to use in Australia. You can also get an Add-on so that you’ll have more data or standard international minutes to use in Australia each month.

Red Plan
For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223 & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, Call Screen and charges for additional data & additional standard international calls.

If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account (up to a maximum of 10) the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.
Early exit fee: $100 x months left on contract plus any handset payments.

In Australia, extra Data automatically added at $10/ GB ($0.01/MB). Services subject to device capabilities, network limitations & customer location.

Red Care
Get priority care from our Red Care team when you call 1555 from your mobile phone when in OZ. Your Red Care team will handle the bulk of your needs during operating hours, and may transfer to specialist teams where appropriate.

International Minutes
Any additional minutes to Super 1000 countries or selected countries are automatically added at $6 per 60 mins. Standard international calls only; excludes premium, video, special and overseas free phone numbers. For all other country rates see vodafone.com.au/idd.

Super 1000 International minutes
Super 1000 countries are Singapore, UK, USA, China, Hong Kong, Canada, Norway, New Zealand, South Korea, South Africa, India and Malaysia. Calls charged in per minute increments. Customers will use 1000 minute allocation first when calling Super 1000 countries; once minute allowance depleted, customers will use remaining Standard International Minute allowance. 300 Standard International Minutes
Standard voice calls to selected countries only. Selected countries and Super 1000 countries may change, see vodafone.com.au/internationalcountries for list of current countries.

$5 Roaming
Available to eligible customers for use in selected countries. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend. Customers who join or change to an eligible Plan will automatically be opted into $5 Roaming. All other eligible customers must choose to opt-in. Excludes Vodafone to Vodafone minutes for non-Red Plan customers. May be used for a max 90 days in any calendar year. Full details at vodafone.com.au/roaming. FaceTime
Uses Data. Both users need the FaceTime app and a compatible device.

4G Device
Vodafone 4G is available in selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong and Hobart. 4G is available to customers with a 4G device and an active prepaid recharge or Postpaid account with Vodafone Alerts and a 4G device. Cat 4 is our fastest device for our 4G network. 4G is available to customers with a 4G device and either a 4G plan or a Data Add-on applied to any plan with Vodafone Alerts. One month unlimited data
Personal Use Only. Available until 30/06/17 for new customers signing up to a 12 or 24 month plan (excludes Business Shared Infinite, Business Flex, Red Business Shared & Red Business Grow and upgrades). If you perform a Rate Plan Change during the unlimited data period, your eligibility ceases & additional data fees will apply. Fair Use Policy applies: see vodafone.com.au/fairuse. For the first billing month any additional data usage within Australia will be free.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300551198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used, that are not included in your plan, up until your number is fully transferred and device and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. Aquire Points
Available to Qantas Frequent Flyer (‘QFF’) members who sign-up or upgrade to a Red Global Plan. Qantas Points subject to the QFF T&Cs at qantas.com/terms. QFF membership number must be provided to Vodafone in the applicable online form when signing up or within 60 days of sign-up or points will be forfeited. Points will be earned once only. Free 2 month subscription
ABN required. Only available via vodafone.com.au/businessapps. 60 day free subscription period (‘Free Subscription’) commences on day Dropbox Business, Norton Small Business, Xero or GoDaddy account (independently, ‘Account’) is created. Limit of one Free Subscription per Account and one Account per ABN. Data charges for each Account will still apply. Dropbox Account will receive unlimited storage and access during the Free Subscription after which Dropbox will automatically charge a recurring monthly service fee of $34 (for a min 2 user licences) + $17 per additional user licence unless you cancel before the Free Subscription Period ends. Norton Free Subscription only available for 5 device package; package can be changed following Free Subscription and commencement of paid subscription. At the end of the Norton Free Subscription, you will be automatically charged a recurring monthly service fee of $10.83 for the 5 device package unless you cancel before the Free Subscription ends or change device package.  Xero Account Free Subscription must be created on or before 31/10/16 and you will receive unlimited access to the Xero plan you selected during the Free Subscription. At the end of the Xero Account Free Subscription, Xero will automatically charge a recurring monthly access fee dependant on the Xero plan you select at commencement of the Free Subscription unless you cancel before the Free Subscription ends. GoDaddy Account will receive unlimited access to the GoDaddy Business package during the Free Subscription for one user only. New Phone Every Year
New Phone Every Year offer is automatically available on all 24 month Postpaid plans (excluding sim only plans) purchased with a Mobile Device from 02 September 2016. After you’ve been on your plan for 12 months your original Mobile Device can be returned to Vodafone in Good Working Order to any Vodafone Store. Mobile Device will be assessed in-store and if deemed to be in Good Working Order you will be required to pay a once-off fee of $149.00 (which will appear on your next bill), choose a new Mobile Device and sign up to a new, equal value or higher, 24 month Postpaid plan. All remaining Early Exit Fees and outstanding Mobile Payments with original Mobile Device will be waived when you sign up to a new 24 month plan. If your phone is not in Good Working Order, and you still wish to upgrade through the New Phone Every Year offer, you may be able to have your original device repaired at your additional cost, which will vary depending on the degree of damage and model of your mobile device. At the time of your New Phone Every Year upgrade, you must return the same Mobile Device that you originally signed up to, unless it has been replaced under an insurance policy, under warranty or in accordance with your rights under Australian consumer law. The new monthly payments on your new plan may be greater depending on the Mobile Device and plan chosen. Not all plans and handsets offered by Vodafone will be eligible for this offer and there is no obligation to take up the New Phone Every Year offer. It is a condition of the New Phone Every Year offer that you return your Mobile Device (in good working condition) to Vodafone. If you wish to keep your Mobile Device, then you are not eligible for the New Phone Every Year offer. However, two other options that are available to you at any stage of your commitment period are: a) cancel your original plan (as well as your original Mobile Payment Plan, if any) and sign up to a new plan (and new Mobile Payment Plan, if applicable) (Note - Early Exit Fees (which are 100% of minimum monthly spend (including all monthly Mobile Payment Plan amounts, if any) x months remaining on contract) will apply in this circumstance); or b) continue with your original plan (and original Mobile Payment Plan, if applicable) and add an additional Mobile Payment Plan for the new Mobile Device to your account.
