Access to and the availability of this tool is completely at the discretion of Vodafone and the service may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason, at Vodafone’s sole discretion.

Vodafone does not guarantee the currency, accuracy or quality of this tool and does not guarantee the currency, accuracy or quality of the mobile numbers checked. There may be a delay in updating this tool to reflect any mobile numbers ported on or off the Vodafone network, or for any other reason, including but not limited to technical issues.

You acknowledge that while Vodafone endeavors to provide accurate information, you cannot use or rely on this tool to ascertain the cost of on-net or off-net calls. If you are a Vodafone customer, any costs or fees incurred with the use of a Vodafone service will be charged and billed in accordance with the terms of your contract with Vodafone.

You agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Vodafone, its Related Bodies Corporate and their employees, officers, agents and contractors exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from your use of, or reliance on this tool, whether or not this is caused by a negligent act or omission.

You agree that you will not use this tool in any way that may or does breach any applicable code, regulation or legislation including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act Act 1979 or the Spam Act 2003.

Vodafone does not guarantee the continued availability of this tool and may amend, suspend or terminate the availability of this tool and/or its functionalities.

This tool must not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstance.

Only valid Australian mobile numbers can be checked. A minimum of four valid numbers must be entered. Maximum of twenty numbers can be checked per round.

You acknowledge that Vodafone may, at its sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
