Vodafone has introduced a series of measures aimed at providing relief and assistance for customers in flood-affected areas of New South Wales and South East Queensland.
The initiatives are for Vodafone customers who’ve been impacted by the floods and these initiatives will be available immediately.
10GB of bonus data is available for customers on a plan and prepaid customers in evacuation areas. To have the bonus data applied, eligible customers should call 1555 from their Vodafone phone or chat to us online.
If the floods have caused you financial hardship and the ability to make a payment has been impacted, customers are encouraged to go to our financial hardship page or call our customer care team on 1300 650 405 between 8am-8pm AEST Monday to Friday.
