How to set up a ReadyApps account.

If you’re a business customer with an ABN/ACN on a Vodafone mobile phone plan, you can sign up for a ReadyApps account through our online ReadyApps Marketplace. You’ll need to register your Vodafone mobile phone number when you set up a ReadyApps account, as we’ll text you a verification code each time you sign in.

Once you’re set up with a ReadyApps account, you’ll be able to manage all of the apps for your business and purchase apps through our secure Marketplace.

How do I change or remove a ReadyApp?

You can change or remove an app by logging into the Marketplace with your username and password. The changes will be confirmed to you via email and will be reflected on your next bill.

Please note, early exit fees may apply if you remove a ReadyApp prior to the end of its contracted subscription period.

How do I add more licenses to my existing ReadyApps?

You can add more licenses to an existing ReadyApp subscription by logging into the Marketplace with your username and password. The changes will be confirmed to you via email and will appear on your next bill.

I already have apps through another Vodafone or non-Vodafone provider, can I sign up to the new ReadyApps portal?

Yes. If you’re a business customer with an ABN/ACN on a Vodafone plan and you have purchased apps via a different provider, you can still sign up for a ReadyApps account and purchase ReadyApps. To sign up, call our team on 1300 111 111.

You may also want to cancel your existing Vodafone Business Apps account or other non-Vodafone apps account so that you’re not double charged.

I already have business apps through another Vodafone provider. How can I access my current apps account?
If you purchased apps through another Vodafone provider before September 1 2017, you can access your apps through our old Marketplace.
Where can I see the ReadyApps charge on my bill?

The ReadyApps charges will appear on your Vodafone bill as a single line item. You can see a detailed breakdown of charges on your Marketplace account.

You’ll be charged on a monthly basis for your ReadyApps.

How will I be charged if I purchase a ReadyApp in the middle of my billing cycle?

You’ll charged a pro rata amount on your monthly bill.

We will only start charging you the full monthly amount at the start of the next billing cycle.

What do I do if the ReadyApps charge on my bill is incorrect?

If you think your bill may be incorrect call Vodafone business customer care on 135 888 when in Australia or +61 426 320 000 if you’re overseas.

Can anyone from my business buy additional ReadyApps from my account?

Yes. Anyone with admin access can buy and cancel ReadyApps through the Marketplace. Admin access should be granted with discretion as once a ReadyApp is purchased or cancelled, the costs will be reflected on your next bill.
